Quality is suffering. I bought two chocolate butter cream croissants and four cannoli yesterday and found their quality control is lacking. The croissants as of late are about a third smaller with very little filling. The cannoli had a small amount of filling on each end while the center area was void of any filling.
I know the dollar value is weak but instead of shorting the quality maybe increase the price of the goods.
