My daughter and I enjoy going here at least once a week! The croissants are amazing, and she also loves the cake pops. We have also had specialty cakes made here and they were fantastic! The staff is friendly. 10/10 recommend!

Bakery items are ok..but staff is rude. I came to pick up my pre order Dec 19th at 130pm..now one greeted me as I came in and I just stood there 5 mins as the staff stood there looking stupid..
They may be racist..

The service here is horrible... Me & wife came in; no greetings & they all acted too busy to be bothered by us! The next customer behind us got a smile & a hello!!! Never coming back again & tell all my family & friends not to either!!! I think they favor certain people color over others!!! Too bad though... The pastry was not bad.

I came to the Fayetteville location twice in two days. Both times the customer service has sucked bad. I walked in and two employees were sitting and talking. They saw me walk to the counter and stand there while other employees walked by. I had to actually say something and they got up to see what I needed. Then again today pretty much the same thing happened. Food was delicious but the service needs work.

9.26.2024 - The Red Velvet slice of cake is way over-priced. The chocolate cupcake with vanilla icing and the slices of Red Velvet cake are just ok. The desserts are sweet, but somewhat dry.

The lady who took my order ignored me for quite a while when I entered the Bakery. She was hesitant/reluctant to take my order.

I have been to the Fayetteville location probably about 6 times in the last 4 years. The snacks and baked good are really good. The customer service needs a makeover. They aren’t the friendliest. The last 3 times I’ve gone in the past 3 months they haven’t had chocolate covered strawberries 2 of those times. Huge disappointment. The lady whom I’m assuming is the owner or manager watched me like a hawk that last 2 times because she knew I was upset. I was happy that they had them today but little does she know I’ve had a massive migraine for 2 weeks now and I do look terrible today. So I probably wasn’t looking happy. I think I’m done with this place.

The best cake I've gotten was from burneys. I got their salted caramel cheesecake and it was so fresh and easy to cut and tasted so amazing. I recommend desserts from here for any occasion

I know good help is hard to find. But whoever you’re going to have working the front counter should be polite and personable. She should not be wearing headphones, constantly saying what, while speaking at a whisper herself, and not answering the customers question. Like maybe you could hear and actually communicate effectively if you took your headphones out. I had a simple question that still wasn’t answered. But I did buy a dozen at least for my team. Can’t say if they were good or not since I didn’t get to eat any myself (due to an allergy) that if she could have just told me what’s in the stupid thing would have been helpful.. I’m looking for a place to buy weekly for my people but I guess it won’t be here.

Sweet staff sometimes I get excessive(too much) jelly and then I get a dab never consistent. A lil darker than I wanted. My receipt says almond but no almond( I’ll double ck price even though it’s promotional flavor). I live on west side of Fayetteville so it’s a treat to get but these last two visits is questionable. I’ll try Saturday morning and compare, i think my first visit was around 12pm…
