The 1st day we stopped in, they didn't have have enough of lumberjacks to go around. The coffee is strong and has a great flavor. Lumberjacks are the only breakfast sandwich I eat.

The girls working at 10:30am on 1/17/26 were such a delight. My family and I were traveling through and stopped for breakfast and a coffee. I got a sweet sounding coffee and should have known to request lesser pumps of the flavoring but forgot. The coffee was definitely too sweet for me at regular recipe and the girls offered to remake it for me with less flavoring with absolutely no problem! The lover boy got a nitro cold brew which was obviously perfect. Would definitely come again if we're ever traveling through again!

I have to say it was the first time I ever went there and I absolutely enjoyed. The staff was just fantastic but that coffee I had the oat milk honey latte. Oh my gosh you have got to try this. It is so fantastic. Not to mention the forget me egg that they have with the pesto. Oh my gosh I could eat two more of those. It was so delicious.

The only positive aspects of my visit were the espresso and the tall gentleman with an Afro. The young lady at the window was unfriendly and inefficient, neglecting to inform me that the cake pop was out of stock. She prioritized other customers, leaving me unattended until another employee provided the frozen cake pops and donuts. The experience was unsatisfactory, especially given the high prices.

Got the Campfire Mocha and it was disappointing. It was unbearably sweet I tried drinking a fourth of it and just couldn’t finish it. I couldn’t taste any espresso and maybe it’s my fault for getting a mocha. But I’ve had many good mochas that weren’t that sweet.

Today was my first time and I will say the order taker was patient and very kind. I hope the tip I paid only goes to her. The lady that made our lattes was friendly. We got the same iced lattes and the menu clearly states whip cream marshmallow pieces. So my daughter asked for it. She rolled her eyes and another girl standing there doing absolutely nothing says it’s only on the blended. We said never mind and walked out! We were the only customer in the store and whip cream was that much of an inconvenience to them!

I only came to pick up an order, waited at the counter for about 5-7min while the boy working this morning never said anything but he saw me standing there.. no hello, one moment, give us a second nothing. I finally got assistance from the other employee who finally acknowledged me. This is my first impression of this store by the way. Came in about 8:40am maybe
The staff at Caribou Coffee are always so friendly and helpful. My wife and I are vegan and we actually have allergies and they take all of that into consideration.

Everything tasted amazing, but I asked and paid for oatmilk. They gave me regular. Thankfully I'm not allergic, but I am intolerant and in quite a bit of pain and nausea currently. Please be more careful when making drinks from now on.

I liked it better before but recently there's been a few changes. They used to make in house cream cheese with their bagels but now it's just 2 cups of small Philadelphia cream cheese. Sorry, but I can't justify paying 4 bucks for a bagel and cream cheese cup.
