If this place is not a 5-star in every way from food to atmosphere, but most of all the friendly atmosphere. The staff ALL were so welcoming in a time where people are so impersonal, they all greeted every customer and made sure they felt welcomed. From cracking laughs to helping customers with their orders the employees made all the customers feel right at home. Most of all they made the customer feel like they mattered and not just a dollar. They all were polite and courteous and they make your dining experience just one of great joy. This is not my first experience as I always experience this when I go. The best place in Fayetteville hands down when it comes to taking care of the customers. They will definitely continue to get my support. Other restaurants need to take notes. CAVA is a Customer Always Valued Atmosphere!!

First time at Cava me it an amazing! I did build my own bowl and got the honey chicken and steak. The flavors just burst in my mouth. If you haven’t been you need to runnn and not walk. Food was fresh and staff was very welcoming. I will be returning and tell everybody about Cava.

The workers don't seem to know when to stop talking when customer's come in. Need to pay attention more to keeping the food area clean. The food that didn't make it into the bowl, and fell on the prep area should be thrown away.

I have been coming for weeks after seeing it trending on TikTok and honestly the is better than chipotle but as for the service everyone was very cheerful until today not sure if the guy thought he owned the place but he was irritated and telling me how I should order my there was no line behind my daughter and I then he was flat out rude stating I need to order a certain way to keep the line down I asked for honey and he said he couldn’t sell it to me without buy the cinnamon pita chips and refused to allow me to purchase it clearly if you don’t have patience this not a drive through establishment and nor was there a line up until now the service was impeccable but now unfortunately I will not be returning 0/10 I don’t recommend I forgot to mention his child spilt his drink on me 😒

First time customer. The restaurant was clean, service was quick, and there were lots of choices to build my bowl. Must have arrived a good time was the only customerwhen i pulled up. This was about 10 pm. Price seem to be average for the bowl I got. Got the Chicken Shawarma.
