If this place is not a 5-star in every way from food to atmosphere, but most of all the friendly atmosphere. The staff ALL were so welcoming in a time where people are so impersonal, they all greeted every customer and made sure they felt welcomed. From cracking laughs to helping customers with their orders the employees made all the customers feel right at home. Most of all they made the customer feel like they mattered and not just a dollar. They all were polite and courteous...
First time at Cava me it an amazing! I did build my own bowl and got the honey chicken and steak. The flavors just burst in my mouth. If you haven’t been you need to runnn and not walk. Food was fresh and staff was very welcoming. I will be returning and tell everybody about Cava.
The workers don't seem to know when to stop talking when customer's come in. Need to pay attention more to keeping the food area clean. The food that didn't make it into the bowl, and fell on the prep area should be thrown away.
