Came here today to have drinks and catch up with a friend, the we got seated right away the server was nice we ordered drinks appetizers and entrees the drinks came out and the appetizers they were nice no problems.. then our entrees came out.. I ordered a Monti cristo not even 2mins of the plate being on the table I was having some of the friends and I stg a roach came crawling out of the folds of the meat on the sandwiche I saw it crawl out in real time as I was deciding which piece I wanted to start with.. the worst part was I went to get our server she was busy and another server came when she went to get the plate she told my friend to be quiet to keep her from saying anything about the roach on the plate and took the plate..the manager and some other server came out with excuses saying the sandwich was deep friend as if it couldn’t have crawled in the food while it was waiting to be served then the lady she came out with starts questions us about the big staying on the plate as if we brought the bug there and put it on the plate after the manager had already confirmed she watched the camera and saw what had happen, the lady got snappy and started snatching our drinks and things off the table acting as if they don’t have roaches in their food and essentially we were made to leave nothing was done to correct the situation and we were so disturbed wanted to leave so fast by the way we were treated the waitress didn’t even receive a tip thanks to the actions of the manager and who ever she brought out with her.. after serving me a roach to eat coming out with and attitude and excuses trying to put the blame for a roach being in the food on me instead of an apology or any type of correction for the situation.. beware there are roaches in the kitchen. ( also as you can see the food had not been eaten yet)

I placed a curbside order to go Sunday 3/2/2025. Everything went wrong from placing the order to getting the order.I waited over a hour from pick up time to get order.I get home items was missing and food was cold and dry. I called to speak to a manager about the issue. It was another hour for the manager to get on the phone. I explained my situation but her resolution I guess was the only solution she not once asked me for my opinion or what I would like when I asked to speak to a higher manager she got an attitude .That manager is one of the rudest manager I ever seen in Fayetteville.It’s about Customer Service and her attitude from even hang up the phone when I asked her to speak to a higher manager is unacceptable. She is not to be in this Field of work. I’m the one who waited over a hour passed the pick up time on the link they sent. I have sent email to above said no email found I did do a contact form and called and left a message on how to contact me. I really want to state my disappointment on dining experience and the manager interaction.

Food was cold and took a long time to get it. Service was slow and did not check back with us after we got our meal. Unimpressive to say the least. I reluctantly give them 3stars.

Trying to figure out why I only got a $11 discount after waiting 3 hours for my food! Ordered 2 rib eye steaks medium well, came out the wrong temperature both times, on top of it being cold originally and had to be sent back, when they remade it an hour and a half later it was still cold.. To top it off silverware was dirty, seen plenty of other people get there food & leave before us so really no excuse. After waiting so long I still have to go home & warm it up in order for it be hot.
——update: I have received a full refund, thankfully.

Precooked for party of 30.only had 15 come.arrived at 6.30.got food 1 and half hours after arrival. Drinks took forevet.no condiments,hardly any check ups if we needed anything. Never got my ketchip.terrible service.had to sit in different both.awful experience. Foud was cold.waste of time foe a work get togethet.btw,a Thursday night.when we asked for a manager, we're told it was gonna be a while.never again

This store is a classic hit or miss. One day you can eat here and it's a wonderful experience with great service. Today was not one of those days. A server told me she wasn't servicing a booth the host at placed me. When I asked to see the manager, someone who wasn't the manager sat me down near the kitchen and served me. While there, I could hear someone in the kitchen cough and it was apparent they weren't covering their mouth. It was a direct cough. I am back to sitting this location out. Oh, and the food was lukewarm, and underwhelming. The second server who didn't get me to the manager was good.

The food tastes very good. Unfortunately, we waited pretty long, and when the food came, it was lukewarm, even cold. We were there on a Sunday and it wasn't very busy. The service wasn't very good. For example: if you bring food, why not take the already empty plates with you? For me personally, the AC was a bit too cold.

I visited this business after traveling over 3 hours and completing an eight hour shit. We were a group of 8 tired and hungry individuals. We decided this was the best place to take our employees after a long day of work. The waitress was kind but moved slowly. The restaurant did not have the steaks we ordered. It took long to get drinks and our meal. The food was luke warm when it came out to us. We had to ask for eating utensils. I have visited this restaurant chain before in other locations and this was by far the worst experience ever.

I was really disappointed with my experience from start to finish. We waited an hour and 20 minutes for food. The servers were friendly but failed to keep us updated. When food arrived it was cold and old, as if it were refired. Missing a side of Cole slaw, rice was hard as if it sat under heat lamp for hours , it returned to being crispy, all our french fries were old and/or refired. Chicken was cold,I have been to many cheddars and this one is not great. Sad.
The manager did not make matters better, she had a bad attitude, and felt like she wanted to argue more than help and never apologized. She did finally give us a discount, the damage was already done, she upset the whole table.No one wins on this night. We will not be returning or recommending this location.

Upon arriving it took a while to be seated & it wasn’t even crowded. We were served bread and it was cold & our margarita glass was broken. Also there were barely any steaks left so I was forced to order chicken tenders. It took so long to get our food and drinks. Then the floors was so dirty!! The only thing nice was the server. Mind you it wasn’t crowded at all!

Waited 25 mins for a table at 3 in the afternoon when there were a very noticeable number of tables and booths open. Waited on quickly, water brought. 15 mins later waiters let’s us know they are out of spinach dip. Another 20/30 mins food comes. One order is wrong and the other isn’t cooked as ordered. Told 10 minutes to replace with right order…after 15 tried to cancel the order but couldn’t find any staff. Use the restroom & come out there’s food. At which point we were past ready to pay for the one incorrectly cooked meal and leave. So if you plan to eat as a party or just really hungry don’t stop here

I really had such hopes that I would enjoy my food tonight.
It's my birthday and the only thing I truly wanted was a decent meal but unfortunately that was not provided, food was lukewarm warm at best when it arrived at my table.
Steak was over cooked and over seasoned. The pepper was so much it made me cough and eyes water. The onions were practically still raw instead of cooked with the steak.
I was so disappointed there were no ribs because I usually LOVE their ribs.
The best thing at my table was the honey croissants and heck they took so long to come I was surprised they did.
I won't even address the waiter, that was a different disappointment.
Overall, I used to love this restaurant so much but it as truly came down hill. The floors are disgusting, the bathroom dirty and everyone acted as if they didn't wanna be at work. I hesitate to ever come again.
