Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The food wasn’t hot or even warm when I received it. After leaving the drive-thru, I had to turn around, park, and walk inside just to get missing items (jelly and a straw), which should have been included from the start. The atmosphere and overall attitude of the employees felt underwhelming, as if no one really wanted to be there. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location.

I order breakfast from this spot at least 2x weekly and get my food delivered or stop by. I either get a large or regular hashbrown with my combo. Large hashbrown is red box and regular is white box. Tell me why I came in and ordered a combo with large hashbrown with my combo and got a white box. When I asked isn’t the large in a red box I was told no it’s white box. Mind you I just ordered the same meal 2 days ago, red box large hashbrowns. The other people standing around looked at me and mouthed “no it’s red”. Well 2 things I can’t stand: 1. Lie to me and 2. Charge me for food that blatantly wrong. So I’m done with Chick fila and will keep my money. Thank you.
