The food was so bad today yall disappointed me Chick-fil-A I ordered a spicy sandwich delux with pepper jack cheese and yall give me a regular chicken that’s not spicy give me cheddar cheese on it and it has no tomatoes worst Chick-fil-A experience

At night the inside of this the restaurant was so cold you had to eat with your coat on. I complained to the manager with no response. When I walked to the back I could see the outside doors to drive up window were completely open. This was on Dec 21 2024 at 6:30 pm the temperature outside was 39 degrees. Will not be going to this store during cold weather.
