Stopped in for breakfast - I usually don’t, however, you just feel like the entire store is ran exceptionally, and professionally. Staff is SUPER nice!! The little things matter like if I want any extra sauces, etc.

I placed a mobile order and pulled up to the speaker, it took about 3-4 minutes to be acknowledged. I had to get the attention of an employee that was walking the parking lot, picking up trash, attention. When I finally received my order and was well out of the drive thru, it was missing the bacon I ordered and the condiments. I desperately wanted to try the new spicy deluxe sandwich and when I returned and went inside, it took 3 attempts to get the sandwich fixed how it should have been made. By the time I exited and went to my car, the rest of the food was cold and melted. The large coke with lite ice I ordered, was packed filled with ice and what tasted like seltzer water. The service here is deteriorating with the lack of training and food handling as well as inexperience. I’ll go to skibo or raeford Road next time. A complete waste of my time and money.

Mobile order drove through. My food and fries were cold which is very abnormal for chic fil a. I returned the food immediately and explained the issue and the young lady at the drive through disputed me telling me the food was fresh. If it were I wouldn’t have spontaneously turned around on a Friday to return to the long line returning the same exact thing that gave my uneaten to be remade. Then instead of tenders she quickly gave me nuggets… not what I ordered. I feel they slipping a little downward.

I came here today 1/16/2025 I got 2 number 1 on the menu got home ate them now my stomach hurts,usually I come here and the food is great but I don't know about today
Always good food and friendly help. Because they are always so busy they might want to keep someone out cleaning around the tables

Edit: they gave me old, pink chicken in my salad. There were also pink nuggets. If you ordered 12/3/24 around 630 hope it doesn't make you sick.
I think it is really stupid that they let you order online just to wait 20 plus minutes to get your food. Worst location ever. And when it rains, you get in online just to wait forever in the next. I've never seen this before. Back home, they wore ponchos and took orders. And I never stayed in line more than 5 minutes. This location is slow AF.
