Worst salad my mother ever had!! The greens were wilted, brown & very soggy! Even the white stalk pieces, which were a lot, were brown and oxidized! Huge over sized pieces of lettuce, no effort to chop or segment however they do it. What was choped pretty well were more pieces of stem and stalk, almost diced, at the bottom of salad. Mom threw it away before i could take a pic. This is highly unacceptable for consumption.

Very for Chick-fil-A. They have a playground. Only complaint was the smell of weed vape. Doubt it was a worker, but it was bad and it smells disgusting.

I had a curbside order for a simple ice cream cone. I waited 20 minutes at the curbside pickup before getting in the drive through for my ice cream cone. For my wait, I got a meager little serving.
Stopped in for breakfast - I usually don’t, however, you just feel like the entire store is ran exceptionally, and professionally. Staff is SUPER nice!! The little things matter like if I want any extra sauces, etc.

I placed a mobile order and pulled up to the speaker, it took about 3-4 minutes to be acknowledged. I had to get the attention of an employee that was walking the parking lot, picking up trash, attention. When I finally received my order and was well out of the drive thru, it was missing the bacon I ordered and the condiments. I desperately wanted to try the new spicy deluxe sandwich and when I returned and went inside, it took 3 attempts to get the sandwich fixed how it should have been made. By the time I exited and went to my car, the rest of the food was cold and melted. The large coke with lite ice I ordered, was packed filled with ice and what tasted like seltzer water. The service here is deteriorating with the lack of training and food handling as well as inexperience. I’ll go to skibo or raeford Road next time. A complete waste of my time and money.

Mobile order drove through. My food and fries were cold which is very abnormal for chic fil a. I returned the food immediately and explained the issue and the young lady at the drive through disputed me telling me the food was fresh. If it were I wouldn’t have spontaneously turned around on a Friday to return to the long line returning the same exact thing that gave my uneaten to be remade. Then instead of tenders she quickly gave me nuggets… not what I ordered. I feel they slipping a little downward.
