I frequent this chick FIL an often and the last few months I have been coming across the same team member, Eddie. Truthfully, every worker I come across here is so kind but he has always stood out and has a smile on his face and radiates such joy!
It’s really nice to continually go shopping or out to eat, see the same smiling face, and have a fantastic experience.
And on top of that, The food is always hot, they have NEVER gotten my order wrong and it’s always clean and quick!

A young black gentleman brought me my food, describing him because I didn’t catch his name, but he was genuinely so happy he skipped to my car and gave me my food and wished me a good day, I’ve been having a hard time and he honestly made me so happy I had to leave a review he made my day

I normally like Chick-fil-A, but today we placed a breakfast order while it was still during the breakfast window. When we arrived to pick it up we had to cancel the order because it was 2 minutes after breakfast. We still had to sit in the drive thru line until we could get out, but got no breakfast and had to get breakfast from somewhere else. This is a ridiculous system. It should not have let us order things we couldn't order, and if they had put together the order when it was placed, it wouldn't habe been an issue.

The manager Bryce S was very unprofessional. I corrected him about my money. He proceeded to snatched the money out of my hand. Then he walks away and talks to another employee about what happened. He wouldn't even bring me my order. I definitely will not be returning to this Chick-fil-A.

After false advertisement about Veterans day deal with a long line to find out they did not honor this day. We will take our business some where else from now on.
Big line to waste our times by not getting our veterans free meal. If you are SM do not go to this chik fil a location they do not honor the deal.

Normally CFA has great service but every time these girls are here they are more concerned about each other, I’ve been coming here for a whole bit today there are cars lined up out the drive thru and they are sitting there just talking, I took the first picture and when she saw the camera she came to my car, then her and her friend stood at the car behind me just chatting it up while the other girl out here is taking all the orders and I’ve counted 14 cars in the drive thru. This is the only CFA with such slow service in this area.

Very good and we've always eaten here in this beautiful place. Today I bought two milkshakes and in one of them we found that at the bottom of the glass, as shown in the photos. My opinion is that whoever is in charge should be very careful when preparing the drinks so that this doesn't happen to another customer.

Placed an order at 10:30am for lunch. Food was cold upon arrival. Food was an hour and some change late. Missing a toy from a kids meal…the whole point a kids meal. No dressing for my salad. No fork for my salad, guess I’m supposed to eat it with my hands. Called the CARE number, they said to call the restaurant for a refund. Called the restaurant and apparently they don’t do refunds. Do not order delivery from this damn restaurant.
