Placed an order at 10:30am for lunch. Food was cold upon arrival. Food was an hour and some change late. Missing a toy from a kids meal…the whole point a kids meal. No dressing for my salad. No fork for my salad, guess I’m supposed to eat it with my hands. Called the CARE number, they said to call the restaurant for a refund. Called the restaurant and apparently they don’t do refunds. Do not order delivery from this damn restaurant.

The girl outside was so rude about me not being able to see the menu. I asked her why they were so far away from the menu and she had an attitude with her response. Then when she walks closer to the menu so I can read it she's basically rushing me to order and was just nasty! Literally I could barely get my order out because she would cut me off before I could finish. Then, she didn't even ask me what I wanted to drink with my order and put an entree instead of a meal for one of my items. So I never got a drink. I like CFA but she doesn't need to be a cashier or drive thru if she's going to have an attitude.

So I went through the drive thru today, my 1st time ordering a salad from here. I asked for NO CHEESE because I am allergic and I have cheese all through my salad. I took a few bit then realized the cheese. I am sick to my stomach and my face is swollen up. I may have to go to the emergency room. I am very upset

New Review: I have been back a few times after this to see if maybe my reviewed visit was just a bad night maybe, but it’s gotten worse! Between long wait times for mobile orders (if they even acknowledge your presence), and giving me the wrong food, it’s bad. I will have to find another chik fil A to go to! It sucks because I live across the street from this one. It’s a bunch of young kids that work here, and they’re moving quickly and not caring about the customers service aspect.
*Old Review* Me and my daughter went through the drive thru about an hour ago. Both drive thru lines were long and they only had two people out there taking orders! The wait wasn’t too bad, once we got our order taken we drove around to the front of the drive thru, and a young man was bringing all the cars their orders. I could see him coming with my order in hand, he hands me the ice cream that was apart of my daughter meal in a cup that’s not all the way closed with ice cream busting through and dripping all over the sides!! Like why would you do that? Then they don’t put enough napkins in the bag so I had to drive 30 minutes to my next destination with a leaking ice cream cup! They’re so in a rush to get people out of the line, they skip over the quality check of the food!

This place is the worst Chick-fil-A ever DON'T GO HERE they get your order wrong refer you to 800 number all they give you is a cookie everytime for them messing up your order the owner of this one on Skibo Rd need to let someone else run this one because I never had poor customer service at a Chick-fil-A until I came here and the manager Brice don't handle things well

I called before making my trip to this location because I wanted to verify if I could pay using my “mobile pay number”. My long-distance girlfriend added $40 to her mobile account because she wanted to treat me to lunch today. The lady on the phone said I could absolutely use the code in the store, with no problems.
When I arrived, the young man behind the register was quick to tell me I couldn’t use the mobile number. After speaking to the manager, she pretended to play around with the cash register for maybe 10 seconds, but clearly she did not care to help me in my situation.
I drove 20 minutes out of my way, thru busy Fayetville traffic, because this Chick-fil-A location lied to me. I never in my life thought I would see a chick-fil-a that so clearly views its customers as walking dollar signs. Absolutely sinful.
Edit - I just went across the street to the KFC. Highly recommend paying them a visit instead. Great customer service, very clean restaurant, and great food. This Chick-fil-a experience has put such a disgusting taste in my mouth, I don’t think I will ever support another location ever again. KFC however, I cannot recommend enough to my family & friends!

This morning I went to get the chicken minis 3 orders . I pull around my food wasn’t ready she told me go to a parking spot . I’m sitting there waiting I notice she doesn’t have my drinks . I said to her I don’t have my drinks she asked if I had my receipt , I said I don’t have my receipt she went back in to get my drinks. First of all you seen me in line right before everyone else and asked what was the name on the order why ask that question. You knew to look for my car description that was noted on the receipt that was in the bag you gave . So why ask that stop trying to make ppl day go bad .

This location sucks!!!!! The manager was very rude and condescending. I never had an issue at Chick-fil-A until this evening. I will not go there as long as he is working. Unprofessional is the least I can say about this man smdh. I spent 60 plus dollars here and should been treated better. Do better people
Told them my order FIVE TIMES, and yet when I get all of my stuff it’s all wrong. THREE TIMES with the woman taking my order and TWO TIMES with the guy serving me. He then gave me a thumbs up. I was in a rush so yes I thought I could trust. On a 50 dollar order. Never going again

Food was nasty. Uber driver waited almost an hour for my food to have it delivered cold and soggy with no salt. The chicken sandwich was nasty. The chicken nugget portion was for a kids size as small as it is for $11 plus tax.
