Absolutely horrible customer service. Service has went downhill bad. Items are always missing and they act like they are bothered when you address an issue. Bad attitudes in person and on the phone. Do not recommend at all.

Grabbed a quick late dinner tonight and Kamiya (hope I didn’t misspell it) was an absolute sweetheart!! Our sodas were flat and she heard us mentioning it tasted bad and she stopped what she was doing and asked if she could get us another one… after eating our son wanted the ice cream instead of the toy so she again came over and asked if she could get that. So we just made it a family date night and she made it even more special. Keep doing what you are doing from your heart sweet girl. You are beautiful people pleaser. I used door dash to order from this location. When my order came I was missing my salad and my fries. My chicken club is cold. I have tried calling the store multiple times as well as door dash and no response. Awful customer service. They have gone downhill

My husband and myself went the other day to have dinner and it wasn't that busy. I got I got the nuggets and Fry meal and the nuggets will kind of cold and the fries. Other than that I haven't had any other issues I really enjoyed going.
Parking: It's okay when it's not really crowded you can find a parking spot.
Kid-friendliness: It seems to be kid-friendly, but at that time there were no kids when we went.

Oh my goodness I went to Chick fil A and it was really good but I paid for a brownie and didn't get one.
I still recommend because it is about the only fast food In Fayetteville where the staff is at least nice! The service is always fast and friendly and the food is always delicious BUT I except more from you Chick-fil-a. At the cost of everything and you give me half a thing of fries with my combo….that’s down right pathetic. This is not the first time with the LACK of fries….I am disappointed in that.

Take out can never get the order correct. Something is always missing. Gave them a chance again this evening. Half of the order was missing. Looks like a mess of teenagers with no direction inside. They have no idea where any of the food goes in the drive through
