Absolutely horrible customer service. Service has went downhill bad. Items are always missing and they act like they are bothered when you address an issue. Bad attitudes in person and on the phone. Do not recommend at all.

My husband and myself went the other day to have dinner and it wasn't that busy. I got I got the nuggets and Fry meal and the nuggets will kind of cold and the fries. Other than that I haven't had any other issues I really enjoyed going.Parking: It's okay when it's not really crowded you can find a parking spot.Kid-friendliness: It seems to be kid-friendly, but at that time there were no kids when we went.

The best fast food restarant in town - and probably in the state. Who doesn't love a 8 piece McNugget meal. The sodas are perfect, the people taking your order are happy, and you get what you paid for. Why cant any other place on Ramsey do the same? Thanks!

I still recommend because it is about the only fast food In Fayetteville where the staff is at least nice! The service is always fast and friendly and the food is always delicious BUT I except more from you Chick-fil-a. At the cost of everything and you give me half a thing of fries with my combo….that’s down right pathetic. This is not the first time with the LACK of fries….I am disappointed in that.

Placed mobile order and pulled in parking spot at 7:13, food delivered at 7:34. Drive thru cars that came after left before… ridiculous.
Take out can never get the order correct. Something is always missing. Gave them a chance again this evening. Half of the order was missing. Looks like a mess of teenagers with no direction inside. They have no idea where any of the food goes in the drive through

We have been going to this location for years. We stopped tonight to grab a quick bite, when the order was brought out it was not correct. We ordered Mac -cheese instead of fries on 3 of the meals, the cashier did get 1 of correct and was up charged 1.40.. I went back up and waited for 5 minutes to get the situation fixed. I was turned over to a leader, who wanted the fries back, no biggie, which he threw in the trash can behind the counter and said it would be an up charge . I said yes, he doubled the up charge. I paid $2.40 this time for EACH Mac &Cheese that was the same size. We won’t be back. I will go to another store or eat at home before I eat at Ramsey Street again.

As a company we frequently go to Chick-Fil-A, I've had nothing but good come from this franchise. It always impresses me to see the line of vehicles out to Ramsey Street and they seem to have a nice orderly fashion, hot food is hot, cold food is cold. Keep up the good work!
