I went the day after Thanksgiving and it was quiet in the restaurant. When I entered, I was immediately greeted from the kitchen staff and the folks on counter service. The service was prompt and friendly. Every employee that came by me asked how everything was. I know that Chic-fil-a is known for their customer service, but if they ever need to train anyone on top of the line customer service, this would be the place to take them! Great job to all the staff and managers!

Chick-Fil-A is always good, but this one is a little less than others. No drive thru makes it less convenient, and I couldn't figure out how to tie my order to my rewards account when ordering via their kiosks on top on seemingly higher prices. Also, there is very little, and somewhat awkward seating. Overall, I'd rather drive to a Chick-Fil-A that's a little farther away.

First time I ever had a problem with chic fil a. How to pull up to wait on my food but want told I needed to go all the way around the building to the front parking until they delivered my food to the car about 15 min later. Then I was told I was waiting for my chicken and egg burritos to be made but when I got them all of them were cold and the chicken seemed dry like it's been out awhile. My hash browns tested like the grease needed to be changed. I was not feeling it and I always have a great experience with chic fil a that's why I chose them for my breakfast that morning. I literally decided to pass by everything else because after driving 6 hrs from NC to GA I just knew they was going to do me right for breakfast but I was sadly disappointed. Not giving up just want satisfied for the first time

I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a chicken nuggets meal. I paid $14 and only received the chicken nuggets meal. When asked what happened to my other meal the woman told me it “cancelled out”. I didn’t even want to argue so I just left. I’m not sure how an order can cancel out and I’m not sure why I was charged for it as well. I don’t plan on coming back. Disappointing.

This is by far my favorite chick fil a and I absolutely adore all of the employees. I went in, I was having such a terrible terrible day and the cashier, I never catch her name, but she was absolutely the sweetest and made my entire week. Whatever they are getting paid, it’s not enough. They all deserve raises. It’s rare to find fast food places with good food AND good service, but this is one of those places.

Came in yesterday and ordered diner for the fam. Ill admit it was a bigger order, but I pulled up and checked my bag. And was missing 2 meals. So i had called and onformed the staff to which they said because i checked after i pulled off theres nothing they could do. So i went back through and paid for the 2 i was missung and went on about my day. We love chikfilA but this experience is making me think wendys next time.
