This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever visited. It is only a Chick-fil-A in name and food but not service. It was unbelievable how it did not match the culture that Chick-fil-A has propagated. It's great that it's on FSU campus area but ugh, not worth a repeat even for convenience

Came to this Chick fila to grab my daughter some food & take to her at FSU. The service was 3/5. This Chick-fil-A is just convinent bc it's across from the school, but came here once b4 & asked for nuggets but was given a sandwich. They really don't pay attention to details. & the only reason I put in a review this time is bc my last straw is the fries....Are the fries in the room with us?

Food is always great. The service could've been a little better. The people are very well mannered but they forgot both my drinks and didn't offer/give any ketchup. I should've asked but I wasn't thinking that my nephew wanted ketchup. The college kids coming in need to watch their language around children.

Hello, my family and I had the pleasure of dining with you’ll this past Monday at or around the time of 2 pm, immediately following a funeral, and were warmly received. The establishment was impeccably organized and a testament to exceptional hospitality. A young gentleman kindly held the door for us, showcasing the high level of service. Despite a slightly boisterous crowd, our orders arrived promptly and were remarkably fresh. We felt a genuine sense of welcome and respect from everyone. Two outstanding young ladies stood out - one engaging us in wonderful conversation while we reviewed the menu and the other offered heartfelt condolences and personally checked on us in the lobby after the crowd dissipated. The staff's kindness, including their well-wishes and safe travels farewell, left a lasting impression. Though we aren't from North Carolina, we'll certainly return soon. Please extend our gratitude and best regards to your team at this location WITH LOVE (Myrtle Beach, SC Family).
