I went the day after Thanksgiving and it was quiet in the restaurant. When I entered, I was immediately greeted from the kitchen staff and the folks on counter service. The service was prompt and friendly. Every employee that came by me asked how everything was. I know that Chic-fil-a is known for their customer service, but if they ever need to train anyone on top of the line customer service, this would be the place to take them! Great job to all the staff and managers!
Chick-Fil-A is always good, but this one is a little less than others. No drive thru makes it less convenient, and I couldn't figure out how to tie my order to my rewards account when ordering via their kiosks on top on seemingly higher prices. Also, there is very little, and somewhat awkward seating. Overall, I'd rather drive to a Chick-Fil-A that's a little farther away.
First time I ever had a problem with chic fil a. How to pull up to wait on my food but want told I needed to go all the way around the building to the front parking until they delivered my food to the car about 15 min later. Then I was told I was waiting for my chicken and egg burritos to be made but when I got them all of them were cold and the chicken seemed dry like it's been out awhile. My hash browns tested like the grease needed to be changed. I was not feeling it and...
