Awful. The customer service is fine, the management is awful. I’ve never met a ruder manager. Absolutely disgusting that anyone even works at this place. All I hear is yelling in the kitchen and you can’t even sit down to eat your food without seeing dead bugs everywhere. Ive seen alley ways in the Bronx cleaner than this chick fil a. Came here because I’m visiting family and wanted something to eat, walked in and the cashier was super kind, but all you could hear in the background was yelling from the kitchen. Feel bad for whoever is employed here. Imagine working in a dirty, disgusting, filthy atmosphere and getting yelled at the whole time. Ew.

The line was long and moved slowly. I requested sauces and I did not receive any. I also did not receive spoon with my ice creams. This was a drive through order. Displeased with this location.

I never give 5 stars unless it is a perfect venue. So I chose these certain stars because when I went in there, the line was all crooked and there was not much of order. It was a little chaotic in there. I also used the bathroom and their trashcan was overflowing. The staff seemed like robots, nice robots but definitely robotic behavior. It almost seemed their respect was more on the cold side like they treated everyone like a number or Dollar Signs. It didn't feel sincere.
