Everything went well untill I came up to get refills on my way out. The satff in the front were huddled up talking, two of them made eye contact with me while I had my lids off waiting. Instaed of asking what I would like, they proceeded to go back to their conversation. It was not until I put my lifs on and began to walk off thay their customers service skills kicked in.. By that time I told them dont worry about it because they took to long. Customer service means staff need to take care of their customers. Not sure if Ill be bringing my family of five back.

After being at the VA center on Raeford road most of the morning, he needed a break and we needed a quiet place to visit since he's from out of town. And this Chick-fil-A fit the bill. The service was polite and quick. The food was as expected .. Chick-fil-A good. We got free refills on our drink and had a perfect visit. Thank you Chick-fil-A

It's probably the worst experience I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A. I ordered a large fry and might as well have gotten a small. The dining attendant acted like she couldn't be bothered. She was walking around with a hoodie pulled over her head and avoiding people. When I got a refill, I felt like I was bothering the young lady. The restaurant itself was clean and ran smooth, but the customer service was lacking.
