Seating was like a normal fast food restaurants. They had a big variety of chicken salad, good soups, fruit bowls, and sandwiches. I got the cranberry cs and it was a bit dry, but the potato soup and fruit bowl were delicious. I will go back and try a different cs. You also get a cookie with your meal.
I would have gave this restaurant more stars there morning staff is amazing food top tier they always have great attitudes. I used to go in the morning and at night now I just go in the morning I wouldn’t go in this restaurant at night if someone paid me to staff are not friendly I guess they falling behind the manager he is very rude the way he talks to customers is unacceptable night shift need to work on there attitude and customer service no customer should be treated poorly.

Food was delicious! Pricey but worth every dang penny! The cheddar bacon melt was so flavorful and yummy. The potato soup was sooo good and the white chocolate cake ohh my every time I told myself I was going to save the rest for later I went back in it! Let’s just say later came fast! Don’t walk here RUN! I highly recommend

Lettuce was dirty on husbands sandwich and had no bacon on a blt. My lettuce was black on edges and gross. Told employees as we were leaving that worked in kitchen and he was like oh wow really. Yes really you work In The kitchen you see what goes out. Threw it away and went home

I normally enjoy Chicken Salad Chick. Honestly my family and I love the White Chocolate Cake. I bought 5 pieces today (one for each family member) and it was not good. The cake was stale. I can’t believe they would have the audacity to sell food that was apparently old! I have been telling everyone to try their cake, but after this experience, I think I should keep that suggestion to myself. What a waste of almost $30.00!

I’m not even going to lie when I say I drove an hour just to eat here! This is only my second time ever eating at a Chicken Salad Chick and it’s still probably one of the best places I have ever been! Food was amazing! Staff was very kind! And the place was very clean!
