Wanted to try Nashville Mozzarella, very fresh but a bit greasy tasting. Egg rolls & sliders were delicious as well.Got a very delicious Lemon Drop ended up with✌🏾🤦🏾‍♀️. Very nice waitress fresh an hot tasty food.

We were told any fried food would take 45 minutes to cook. We ordered grilled food, waited 50 minutes and still no food. The waitress seemed to be unbothered, we left.

Our family of 4 went Sunday around 1:15. We were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait which we were fine with. 25 minutes go by and we’re sat, about 10 minutes later our server came by and let us know that the food was “taking a really long time” to get out of the kitchen because they only at 2 chefs. We asked how long and were informed it would be at least another 30 minutes before we’d get our food. We had 2 very young kids with us who were already hungry so we left. It’s unacceptable to tell people it’ll be a 20 minute wait without also informing them you’re short staffed and that it would take at least another 30 to get your food.

The Fayetteville restaurant needs to shut down and revamp! The service was slow. The restaurant is dirty and the booths are falling apart. The restrooms are nasty. We arrived at 4:30pm. We had a wait of 30 minutes. Over half the restaurant had empty tables. Our serve was nice but frustrated because the kitchen was slow. I asked her if they were short staffed and her reply was “no, the kitchen is overwhelmed”. I looked around and counted 14 empty tables on the side we were sat. She explained that if we ordered any fry items it will be a while. We waited 45 minutes for our appetizer and another 45 minutes for our food. We ended up boxing up our food and taking it home. The dinner entrees were horrible. The Nashville hot mozzarella sticks were good but that was about it. We did get complimentary chips and salsa for our trouble. $90 for 2 people and we couldn’t even eat it! NEVER AGAIN!

The staff at Chili’s were amazing. They showed exemplary service tonight despite it being super busy and they truly still showed enthusiasm and care! The food was excellent! Owen was our server, he had a great attitude and went above and beyond. Ask for Owen next time you visit!

Well over 2 hours and no food EVER served. This place was my worst Chili's experience ever. I will not be eating here again. Legitimately went to Sonic to eat after this visit. Thank you Sonic for fulfilling my hunger needs.

Everything was super yummy and the staff was extremely nice. The GM even made rounds to say hi. I'm giving 3 stars because as soon as we say down we were told about a long list of things they didn't have!! Also there was a huge puddle of water going to the bathroom which they had a fan trying to help get it dry but it was like throwing a tissue in a lake.
