Our waiter was completely clueless, not sure if he just started or something else but he barely knew anything about the menu or dishes. My wife ordered a tequila on the rocks with a salted rim, he brought 2 ice cubes and the smallest amount of tequila possible. Compared to other Chili's this one was the worst, thank God we were just passing through on the way to Florida. But please think about dining at another place before this one.

I usually love Chili’s I’ve eaten there several times never had an issue until yesterday. My burgers were burnt and so salty the bread was also burnt. It was carry out my daughter did reach out but no one responded. I still love their food this will not stop me from returning but I spent so much yesterday and I couldn’t eat my food.

I have always limited my dining at Chili’s because I’ve never been impressed with service, sanitation grade, or bathroom cleanliness….BUT a server by the name of Tago (Montago) was the absolute best. The food was great, bathroom was way better than my other visits, and the service was incredible. Tago was the sweetest (and not just to our table) and super attentive, great personality, great smile, 10/10!!! I’m actually looking forward to the next visit. I may have to see if he’s working first. LOL!!!!

My wife and I went last night after attending the Fever Candlelight Concert. While seemingly short staffed, we didn't realize how long we had waited for our food, most likely due to enjoying the unlimited games available at the table. Not only that, we were comped a delicious dessert for the wait. Our waitress, despite being super busy, remained attentive. Can't wait to return!
The to go server was very nice and our order was filled quickly. Unfortunately the food was not good at all. I ordered the full rack of ribs that came with fries and mac-n-cheese. The fries were the best thing about this order. The ribs were so salty and had a ton of pepper. I couldn't eat them. I had to throw them away. Very disappointing because it was a waste of 30 dollars.
Went here during the week for lunch. Service was great, and food tasted pretty good. There wasn't a huge lunch rush here, so that was a positive.

The food was okay, I feel like it has definitely been better. They put the sauce for my tenders on the side instead of tossed like I asked and my corn was SO plain. No salt, butter.. nothing. I just remembered it being so much better.

4/7/24, 9pm. Was told order would be 5 minutes. 10 minutes later i was told it was waiti g on fries. 10 minutes after that i was told it had not been started. Horrible service. I have never been served there in a timely manner.
Red haired lady with frizzy hair with scars on her arm from shooting up. Food had hair in it and wall was peeling off booth. It was depressing and unenjoyable. The gm was super nasty to employees nasty old man. And over all the worst epience dining out. I couldve made better food in my tolit. 0/10Wheelchair accessibility: U disabled people will not have fun here

The annoying part of Chilis is that they do not have enough wait staff. There salads are awesome n drinks and staff. However wait time when 60 percent of tables are empty really kills the desire to go more frequently.

Last friday, we went for a quick meal before our movie, we got there before 7pm, we had an hour to eat and go, we only ordered 2 entrees and one being a salad and the other skillet, around 7:50 the waitress informed us the food should be out soon. my fiance and I had to walk out due to the food taking wayyy longer than expected and almost missing our movie... the staff were sincere and apologetic for the wait. The restaurant wasn't even full or extremely busy, not sure why the wait was so long. Either way disappointing service and wait times.
