My daughter was sick, so I ordered one small wonton soup,gentleman made it clear that if I wanted extra noodles it would be an extra fee! Got their, small bag was stapled, was greeted with a smile got home not one soy sauce, not one…. Who does that and you bothered to close it up, but don’t put no soy sauce in it. Wow.

I love going to China Garden they have the best Asian cuisine right near the college.
They forgot my shrimp eggrolls . Then they take 2 hours to get back to me after questioning me . She then says they wont send it back out , i can pick it up . In order to get my food i had to settle for a refund of $5.34 and pay $16 for it to be sent back out .

Got 3 eggrolls and ate half of one. The ABSOLUTE worst eggroll I have ever had or seen! There was NO FLAVOR, and the eggroll only had cabbage in it. The inside layer of the roll was chewy, I literally peeled it out of my mouth. Disgusting...

I placed an order on door dash. Called the store right after my confirmation that the order was received to be sure that they received my special instructions on how to prepare my food. I spoke with a female who insured me that they receive the order and is cooking the food. I arrive at the store and a gentleman tells me my order was cancelled by DoorDash. I asked him how and why when I never receive a cancellation and on the app it's showing my order is ready for pick up. I immediately contacted door dash and they said they are going to call the store because they never cancelled my order. I sat in front of the gentleman until he received that call while being on hold. After half an hour with playing phone tag Come to find out the real issues was with the store. Door dash offered me a promotion and the store is losing out on to much money because of the discount. The store accepts your order deem it as ready and when you go pick up they list on the app that it was picked up collect the money and they tell you that is was cancelled by door dash and that door dash will be the phone to refund you.

I had a really rough day and I was Craving some spicy general tsos chicken and cheese Wontons and had it door dashed since I'm disabled and I was shocked to open my plate to regular non spicy tsos ok.. I can deal with that but when there is mold all over the Wontons no no can't do it and I have called 3 times and I get hung up on. I will not try again they have lost my service all they had to do was fix it
