Was just there and they were out of brown rice, some meats and onions/green peppers. One guy was making all the meals. Everyone else seems to just be moving around -
Acting like they were busy. They should have been prepared since it was 5pm. Wont go back. Hoping new one in Hope
mills opens soon and is much better

I picked up my order in the Chipotlane 12/24 around 2:30pm. I bit into my burrito and got this nasty black hair in my mouth. I see the owner is directing customers to leave their experience on the Chipotle website. I did this the same day, and still have heard nothing back. After multiple subpar experiences here, a hair in my mouth is just too much. Will not be returning. This used to be the "good" location, save your money and time.

I went in to the Chipotle on Raeford road to grab something to eat around 4:45 on Dec 29. The lines were long and the service was slow. They were obviously short staffed as the grill cook was running back and forth making all the food by him self in the kitchen area. He was mixing rices in one area and cooking on two different grills at the same time while cutting meats. I told the young man making the orders I wanted a refund as been waiting to long for our food and the young grill man asked what I was waiting on politely and managed to get fresh cut chicken and brisket up on top of my son's hard shell taco I was told there weren't any cooked or ready. He was definitely over worked but still managed to make fresh hot food even if it took a little longer then expected working by himself. The food was good at least despite the waiting in line for a while. When it came to leave, I was trapped in my car due to the long line of cars wrapped around the building. I was forced to sit in my car and wait as the parking lot is so small I couldn't back up without hitting another car. Around 545, the grill person came out to leave and got in the car next to mine. 10 minutes later he got out the car and tried to get his driver to back out. I rolled my window to ask what was going on and he politely explained what was going on and asked if i was trying to leave which I said yes to. I explained how I been sitting in my car for almost 30 minutes trying to leave. He then managed to direct cars and make it possible for me to back up and safely pull out to leave. He apologized for the inconvenience and maintained a professional attitude despite how tired he looked. It's good to see Chipotle has a few good employees who don't mind working when times are hard.

If staffing is so short where you cannot open the dining room then you should not be taking orders from DoorDash. If all you’re going to run is drive thru then the Chipotle app should be the only way to order. The app should alert customers if a dining room is closed. Being in a drive-through line for an app order for an hour is awful customer service. Will not be back.

Had 3 employees look me dead in the eye while in drive thru and not one of them said a word to me. They could joke with each other. Two were uncomfortably close while one just stared me down like I was the problem.

Why do we have to leave gratuity before a service rendered? The woman preparing food at the Chipioltlane today was extremely rude after I asked about the food handling process. She had her gloves (the gloves she was making everyone's meals with) all over the dirty window while leaning over and dirty surface. I told her I didn't want my food if that's how they are handling food without changing gloves and touching dirty surfaces. She had an attitude and sassy remark saying, "Call 1800"
Message for the manager, Krishan Patel, your employees need to understand and accept constructive feedback instead of being unprofessional and slamming things.

Whoever made my bowl 12/13/24 at the drive thru at 1pm; thank you. Good customer service and good proportions on my bowl. Those two ladies need a raise. However-The restaurant needs to be more clean and sanitary. Especially in the kitchen; they should train on how to be more sanitary and using proper equipment to clean to avoid contamination.

My first time visiting this location and I definitely won’t be back. 1/2 hour wait for a pre scheduled mobile order that was just a burrito. Food became cold & soggy waiting in line. Debbie at the drive thru is rude, unprovoked. I saw her roll her eyes before she even opened the window and didn’t even greet me. Then she handed me my food as if she was throwing something on the floor and walked off after I asked her for vinaigrette and sour cream, ordering another worker to get it for me. Completely unacceptable to treat your customers this way. If you’re unhappy, maybe take a day off.

By far the worst experience I had I asked for a carnitas burrito and the server didn’t even know what the carnitas were gave me like 1/4 of the usual protein service and once I took a bite in the burrito 3 min later in my car it was cold like legitimately tortilla was cold and the center was room temp if not less. 2nd order was a kids quesadilla and they no shit handed me a cold tortilla put cheese on it wrapped and didn’t melt the cheese . I say again a COLD tortilla w shredded cheese and that was it. I’m not one to complain about food service but this was legitimately terrible and on top of that expensive.

I recently visited Chipotle for the first time, and I was extremely disappointed. My steak was undercooked, giving the whole dish a medium-rare taste that was unpleasant and almost made me throw up. The food was bland, unflavored, and honestly, it was nasty. I can’t believe the price I paid for such low-quality food—it was a complete waste of money. Based on TikTok reviews, I expected so much more, but Chipotle didn’t live up to the hype at all. Honestly, I’d rather eat at Taco Bell; it tastes better than this mess and costs way less. If I could give it no stars, that would be my rating. I won’t be recommending this to anyone, as I don’t think it’s worth it.
Parking: Additionally, the restaurant had very limited parking, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

The only Chipotle location I have been to where, on multiple occasions, they are out of the vinaigrette dressing. I believe this is the fourth time this year I’ve ordered a salad, and they’ve been out of the vinaigrette dressing. Don’t get me wrong—I understand that restaurants occasionally run out of menu items, but at what point is action taken to ensure this doesn’t become a recurring issue?

They have customers and had us waiting. They had cold food sitting and no steak and had nothing cooking at all the white girl with brown hair was the only one working cutting onions. Black girl and black boy that was in the front was flirting while me my mom and sister waited. White man ain’t have nothing on the stove until we said something. We asked for steak and the black girl looked around and ask is there steak and everyone looked lost. Idk what’s goin on here. I think imma stick with the one on skibo
