they are hiring anyone with the nastiest attitudes so feel free to apply! this lil girl behind the counter threw peoples food together and caught an attitude when people called her out for throwing their food or putting barely anything on their plate. Saying she had every reason to be upset since she was there since 2pm. maybe stop scheduling her if being there is that much of a strain on her or put her jn the back somewhere. where was management?????? the girl at the register apologized to every single person. when she got to me i told her she was doing great to be met with an eye roll and what do you want. seriously? thats how you speak to people? she missed out on a $20 tip for just herself because ahe was the only one making food. this location needs secret shoppers or just shut down. Skibo rd location NEVER treats people like this!!!! even at 12am they still treat you like a good person. piss poor attitudes and customer service. Never again will i visit this location. ill make the drive to skibo from now on.

There was a lady at the front of the assembly line that had ton of attitude just because I had a bigger order. I am still a paying customer, I wasn't rude or anything negative towards her but she kept being rude to me.

American style Mexican food. Appetizing and very filling, can never go wrong with Chipotle.

I ordered steak and got NO STEAK!. I also asked for NO GUACAMOLE and i got GUACAMOLE!!!!!

I went to this Chipotle to order five meals for my family, and the experience was very disappointing. The employee who helped us was extremely rude and did not give me the chance to choose the ingredients that would work best for my kids. As most people know, some children have food sensitivities, especially with things like cheese, but instead of being patient, she looked annoyed and even shook her head while I was ordering. Her attitude completely killed my appetite, and it made things worse for my son, who struggles with social anxiety. He felt so uncomfortable and upset that he couldn’t even eat his dinner. This was supposed to be a simple family meal, but it turned into a stressful and unpleasant situation.

Literally just left this location and the black girl with locs at the start of the food line was HORRIBLE. Nasty attitude. They need to get rid of her almost immediately. Won’t be back to this location.
