They have some friendly employees, but also some who are rude. When working with customers' food, it's important to show you care—it's part of good customer service. Instead, they seem to be transferring their negative energy everywhere. The food was also bland when it's normally decent, so that speaks for itself.

I stopped in for a quick dinner, and while the wait was a bit long, what concerned me far more was the staffing situation. There were only four employees running the entire restaurant: one person making all the orders, the manager (William) making orders in a smaller section, one person on the register, and one person cooking. For a billion dollar company, this level of understaffing is unacceptable. I have visited on other nights and have seen significantly more staff, so this was alarming.

Despite the strain, Manager William handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. He continuously apologized for the delay and genuinely tried to make the experience better. The young employee on the line was working quickly and efficiently, and the cashier kept the flow moving as best as he could. Their teamwork and attitude were impressive under the circumstances.

Chipotle, your employees deserve better. Do right by the people who keep your business running every day.

The only good part of my order was the on-time DoorDash delivery. My Chipotle bowl arrived with no steak and a very small portion, especially for the price. I was annoyed enough that I had to drive back to the store just to have them remake it. Really disappointing experience.

The food is always good it tastes the same each and every time so if you like what they have you'll never be disappointed. Unfortunately the store was not that clean. The staff was very polite and fast.

Stopped in at 7:30pm on a Saturday. Service was quick! Music was blaring (not a big deal) but every other word was vulgar. Definitely not family-friendly. The place was a wreck. Food all over tables and the floor, drink machine out, and condiments all out of sorts. Not a smile in the place, except the woman checking us out. Everyone was efficient, I will say that.

Decided to try Chipotle’s in Fayetteville today since we were in the area. First time ever for me. Didn’t really know what to expect so here we go. Right off the bat I noticed all the tables had not been serviced after previous customers had left. Refreshment center was also in a mess. I tried the steak bowl while my wife had the Carne Asada. Very large portions. We could have made it on just one bowl. I hardly ate half of mine. It was very tasty but not the usual Mexican option I would have chosen for myself. Very expensive lunch for what they give you.

Worker making my bowl was extremely rude and gave me the smallest portion of food. I mean rice didn’t even fill the bowl and one scoop of chicken. I was saying please and thank you the whole time. She sitting there rolling her eyes. I can understand that they were busy and she was frustrated and her customer service showed that.

walked in and was told 7 minute wait on chicken, that was fine and we waited.. two of us waited .. 10 minutes later we see him bring out chicken to cook and say 8 minutes on chicken.. then when we ask about it we get an attitude like we are the problem.. workers here have no customer service, but seems like thats normal in fay now a days... go figure

I’m really not the type to complain because everyone deserves a job but the portions of meat are getting smaller and smaller. Also, the staff is rude. Mainly the females but I had a somewhat odd experience with a small short girl in there with braids. I told her I wanted 3 bowls and she acted as though I said something obscure or insulting. If you cant tolerate working in customer/food service, why even bother to fill out an application?? If I would have said what was truly on my mind she would have definitely put hands on me but I let her have it.

Very disappointed this evening. Out of sour cream, out of tomato’s, cilantro and chicken. Thought they were giving me steak as the same price as the chicken because it’s all they had. Do better please
