I visited this chipotle on 2/27/25 and this place dirty, the grill was extremely disgusting. The floors, counter and dishes were all dirty. The staff seem overwhelmed. The dining area was also extremely dirty. This place needs better management.

I use the mobile app to order and pickup because it is convenient. I recommend you not to do this! This location constantly gives us small proportions of food when we order online for pickup. They also always forgets one or two items we order on the side whether it is chips, queso, or their hot sauce. After spending $30 on a bowl and a burrito I am truly disappointed. This location needs to do better.

The staff is rude disrespectful and has no customer service skills. This store is always running out of something and the managers are just as rude and nasty as the servers. I will never spend another dime at this location.

I'm really trying to figure out are they testing my patients. They didn't pack my chips and Queso twice and I paid twice. And I tipped twice asking the delivery driver not to forget. I still got ripped off this location is the worst.

Immediately disgusted by the girl serving food. She had pink waist-length braids with 2 braids in front of her hat so every time she reached for food, the bottom of her braids touched the food and bowl 🤮Clearly management does not care about sanitation at this location.

I want to start off by saying I have grown to enjoy Chipotle. The first time I had Chipotle was several years ago, and I was not impressed, but I have recently given them a second chance, and I have enjoyed every visit so far. The staff is very polite and a pleasure to talk with as you complete your order. I have been getting the brisket with a little added sauce as my choice of protein, and I will say I will be disappointed to see it go if it is just a seasonal choice. The chips, however, are still hit or miss for me. There are times they are amazing, they will be crunchy with a perfect balance of salt and lime, and there are times when they are so stale that they taste like salty cardboard. I have only dined in one time, and that was actually my first time here, so I can not give a fair review on that experience, but I will say that while in line to order the dining area is clean the self serve condiments area is well maintained and stocked. In conclusion, I would love to see the brisket become a permanent choice for protein, and I would definitely recommend Chipotle to a friend or a stranger asking for a quick and satisfying bite to eat.

Food was good as usual. However...you need to enforce the correct way of wearing a hairnet...it is supposed to cover ALL THE HAIR.

It was a lady with a short bob with tattoos, I am not sure if she was a manager or not. At first the atmosphere seemed fine and she seemed friendly. By the time my daughter and I got to the front to order our food the vibe changed. She was SLAMMING the chip bag and salsa cup down, huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes, shaking her head. I am not sure if she had gotten an attitude because I asked for double the meat or what. But I do not see the issue especially if I am paying for it. So by the time we got down to the register I asked her if she was okay? She then replied "yes why'd you ask?" so I told her she was slamming the food down , shaking her head as if we were getting on her nerves. She then goes to say "ma'am I've been doing for 13 years, NO i do not have an attitude, and you dont have to buy this food" rolls her eyes then walk off. So that's when I told her, her customer service sucks!

I have never experienced this time of service at this location before. I am not sure if the lady was a new staff or from another location but WORKERS like her will make it difficult to keep business flowing. And if she hates and dislike her job that bad then maybe customer service is not for her.

I found a long piece of hair in the first bite of my food. I know it was the dude with the afro and the blonde in the front. Nobody in there was wearing a hairnet despite the lengths of their hair. I’m disgusted. First bite? C’mon do better.

Wow! Unfortunately, I have to give a one star. I look forward to going and eating at Chipotle; that is when I’m not being ignored. Waited for a welcome or even we will be right with you. I waited in vain. The two working behind the counter wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. I ended up walking out and now won’t eat dinner before I go to work.

Make the drive to the one on Skibo! The staff here consistently do not have cut lettuce, maintain available chicken, and short you on portions.
