I want to start off by saying I have grown to enjoy Chipotle. The first time I had Chipotle was several years ago, and I was not impressed, but I have recently given them a second chance, and I have enjoyed every visit so far. The staff is very polite and a pleasure to talk with as you complete your order. When we ate here, the music was so loud and some of the employees were louder than the music. It seemed like they were having a party. There was no way to carry on a conversation. The food was good, but the atmosphere sucked!!

We stopped for lunch today. We had 4 orders for carnitas items. We were informed that the wait would be at least 18 minutes. Why wouldn't the workers stay ahead of cooking the protein? Also the female worker was too busy scrolling and texting on her phone, mind you with her gloves on that are supposed to be part of the sanitizing process.While we were waiting, we went to use the ladies restroom.
