So first I encountered getting my food and when I got home the rice was very under cooked hard I just threw my food away and when I called to let the manager know she tell me to call a number to get my money back instead she could have re made my order when it was convenient for me because chipotle is in Fayetteville I live in Lumberton. Second encounter my daughter wanted chipotle because she had a gift card and the fact I ordered 2 chicken bowls I get home and realize on the receipt she charged me for steak and of course steak cost more so now I was over charged for my food because they both were clearly chicken. Ok so what it’s like $2 right. How you can’t see a C written on both aluminum tops and you charge me for steak. I didn’t want anything from there it was my kids and it may be a while before I go again because maybe they just don’t care. The lady with the scar face don’t smile don’t say nothing and when she was typing in the gift card I asked did it go through and she did not reply with a single word I just so happen to see the screen and she hands me my card don’t say thanks, have a good night, enjoy your food, see you next time NOTHING!!! just standing there with the angry scar face. Do better but the young folks that prepared my food was great though. They got my food right.

Food was okay. Restaurant was dirty, and felt I should’ve went somewhere else. The cashier was friendly, the people making your burrito or in my case a bowl, fill it with beans or rice, but with the meat-skimp it in. I spent $16.00 for a bowl, drink, chips. It wasn’t worth finishing or taking home. A lesson learned.

I ordered a bowl they said they didn’t have lettuce or guacamole. While I was paying for my food I noticed lettuce & guacamole on the other side where they prepare the online orders. I wonder how a customer online is more important than the one who took time out to drive to your establishment for a dining experience, and then get treated like they don’t matter. They also refused to give me chips. When i complained the server said that she can’t give me those items because she might get in trouble with the manager, because those food items were paid for. But clearly that was a lie because the food was prepared and not processed into orders; it was in serving containers. I don’t like being lied to. I didn’t get what I paid for. After order there I couldn’t eat in the dining room, I had to take out, so I could stop by Walmart for lettuce, guacamole, and chips. If I still have to shop for dinner groceries after ordering Chipotle, then what is Chipotle here for?

I ordered the brisket bowl, and the guy making my meal; guided me through what i should and should not add to the bowl, for the best experience! Turned out, He was Right! I enjoyed my meal, and even had enough left over for lunch. Awesome!!!
