I love the atmosphere, service, and charcoal grilled steaks! The charcoal grilled cheeseburgers are the best in NC.
The food was wonderful

Attempted to reserve seating for a party.
I was told conflicting things by different employees and it seemed as if they really just did not want to accommodate the request. (I have my own thoughts on the disquisting core reason, that I won't share)
Where do I even start with Chris Steak House? This was hands down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. We were left waiting for what felt like an eternity, and when our food finally arrived, it was stone cold. Not lukewarm but cold. I wouldn’t even serve that to my worst enemy, let alone paying customers. Honestly, my 2 year old niece could have thrown together a better meal with her plastic toy kitchen set, and it would’ve been more enjoyable than the garbage we were served. What really got me, though, was the total lack of concern from the staff. They seemed completely indifferent to the fact that we had been waiting so long and that our food was inedible by the time it hit the table. No apology, no offer to fix the situation, nothing. For a place that charges sky high prices, you'd expect at least some level of customer service or empathy. But apparently, that’s asking too much from Chris' Steak House. And don’t even get me started on the vibe in this place. It was uncomfortable, to say the least. There was a clear racial undertone in the way they treated certain customers, and it was impossible to ignore. For a restaurant in this day and age to be so blatantly racist is not only disappointing, it's unacceptable.
In short, if you value your time, money, and dignity, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. You’re better off cooking a meal at home. it’ll be faster, cheaper, and won’t leave you feeling like you’ve been cheated out of a good night.
My family and I went out for dinner and we chose to stop here. We enjoyed the food but felt it was a little over priced for some of the items. It is a place to bring a date to add a little romance to the evening. Our waiter wasn’t able to give recommendations because they are not allowed to taste the food, that is a shame. This is the best option so far for a good steak.

We always have a wonderful experience when our family comes to Chris’s! The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The food is wonderful. The drinks are so good. Nothing but smiling faces and a warm, inviting atmosphere.

We picked this restaurant based on the reviews and we weren't disappointed. The steak was cooked as ordered and the service was good. It looks like an older Steakhouse but the entrance was an interesting design. If in the Fayetteville area it's worth a visit! They had a decent wine list but we brought something worthy of a NY Strip!

We received a gift certificate to eat here from a friend. We showed up without a reservation and were seated right away. We ordered the steak for two meal and crab cakes as an appetizer. The cheese and crackers arrived and the cheese was easy cheese out of a can. The crab cakes were fishy, which is not normal. We chose side salads over the soup. The salads were large, fresh, and good. My wife and I ordered our steaks medium well and she ordered the loaded potato and I ordered the sweet potato. Of note, the loaded potatoes are pre-made and cannot be changed. That is strange and my wife’s potato seemed microwaved. Our steaks were very tough and bland. My sweet potato was awesome. We had to remind our server that our meal came with pie and coffee. The coffee tasted like Folger’s. The cherry pies were ice cold. Our server disappeared for long stints and we saw very active servers around us. We received few drink refills due to the unavailability of our server. The cut of meat was great, but the results were not worth the cost. Save your money and go to a chain steakhouse.

Portions on my visit was not worth the price for our company party there and only had 3 choices to pre select.

Surprisingly this was a really good steak.
I’m a Carnivore and eat steak all the Time. I prefer prime, but this certified angus choice and the decision to dry age it, is brilliant and brings up to the quality and flavor of a prime steak.
the steak was delivered sizzling, cooked perfectly, and with excellent grill flavor.
Outstanding job

Place was packed on a Wednesday 6/26/24. Waitress was a bit slow. I have had better seasoned steak. Had to send back as food was cold. Refills were pretty slow. Nice quaint atmosphere. Moscow Mule was made to perfection! salad was fresh.

Fantastic search and perfect temp on my fillet, sides were a little underwhelming in portion but taste makes up for it. Get the chocolate cake.
