Cas was awesome!
A ball was stuck which made the game inoperable. I informed him. He helped us get our points back and fixed the game! He’s personable and said he enjoys working there to possibly make a kids day!

Wanted to give a shout out to the attendants (Seth & Tyler I think?) working the prize booth. It was a busy Saturday but instead of standing around waiting for kids to pick their prize and go, they both were eager to help parents with their children's prize choices. Thanks for having our backs and being excellent with the children with what is sometimes an overwhelming process at the end of an exciting day. You both rock!
