This was my first time at this location as I didn't know there were any left, as there are none in Harnett and the Cicis I used to go to has been closed for awhile in Spring Lake. It was really quiet when me and the other person I was with got there. The salad I had was great and so were the pizzas I had, just as I've come to expect from Cicis. The other person in my party also enjoyed their food. Unless a location opens up near where I live, we will be back.

Staff was lazy. Nothing different on the line. Nobody picked up or dirty plates. We actually started leaving our dirty plates on the table beside us, just to get them out of our way. Staff was too busy playing on the phones

Night shift Management is rude and not very helpful. I had ordered 2 Buffetts for my Pregnant wife and I. She became sick and wasnt able to eat the pizza we had prepared off the buffet. I asked for a box to go so she could eat the pizza later once she felt better. They were trying to charge me an extra charge for taking the pizza with us. The total of the box and the pizza would have been 10-12$ extra orher than the $30 that I had already paid for the dine in. This Cici's pizza is a scam and I hope they actually close the doors soon for not being supportive of a pregnant lady. I could just imagine how they treat other medical conditions of other customers.

This place used to open at 10am but now decided to start at 11am, which throws off my important sessions I've had set for us to meet at, now we have to go elsewhere taking our business where 10am is a decent opening time for our meetings😡😡😡

Would give this place zero stars if I could they don’t even deserve the one I had to give… place is an absolute disaster most all tables dirty very little pizza on buffet what is on it is cold and old got bowl of noodles with chicken broth over it chicken was tangy broth cold barely room temp as well as the noodle. This is the absolute worst cicis pizza I have ever been to not to mention the restrooms were disgusting have not been cleaned in days
This Cicis is in huge disarray. The safe was slow o. everything. They would wait for almost every pizza to be out before they started to cook the next pizzas. The drinks were flat, the ice in the drink machine was empty.

Brings back memories every time coming here. We grew up going to CiCi’s on Sundays. Large selection of different Pizza, breadsticks, and salad. By far the best thing are the cinnamon rolls!!!! Hot out the oven, plenty of icing, you can eat a whole pan.
