I have photos I’ll try to add but, we purchased 3 regular cinnnabons and they were all so stale! I called store immediately to let them know because I typically don’t go back for refunds. It’s a loss & they’ve definitely went all the way down! Also, the girl kept insisting that I must bring them all 3 for refund. Like duh why would I keep them. I’m a fatty. If they were edible I would have eaten them! I’m currently looking at all 3. I have no reason to lie as if I want to steal a dessert. We purchased these and could buy 100 more!!! Disgusted !

Have been going to this place for years and never had any issues... my family & I went yesterday afternoon and saw roaches openly crawl on the front counter and on top of the topping containers. Canceled our ordered immediately after. Will never eat there again! An inspection should be done there asap
They were rather busy, yet, we ordered pretty quickly. Good customer service and yummy treats!

I was ordering a classic cinnamon roll and a bite, he told me I can’t have a single bite, it’s a 4 pack, i said okay could you just remove it from the order, he removed it with an attitude and his co worker threw the cinnamon roll into the box 😒 was still delicious nonetheless

This place is the worst!! Their customer service need improving a whole lot. The manager herself is so rude especially when you ask for your order to be made properly if I’m spending so much money I need better customer service and better food. 😡🤬😡🤬

This was my first time trying Cinnabon after ALL the hype and I was so unimpressed. The frosting or "Butterwithoutthecream" was NASTY. The cinnabon had a bad consistency. I'm not sure if it was the location or the overall experience but I have no desire to give this another try.
