Slow service but great ice cream

Pretty good, ice cream was amazing the kids loved it, haven’t been to a coldstone in a long time but it was very nostalgic because my dad used to take me there all the time and we’d always get the chocolate devotion, and after we’d go to the park and play catch with the baseball and once we even threw the ball at some random kid but he was okay, just love the memories 5/5 stars from me.

Peanut butter perfection had no peanut butter and a half of. Peanut butter cup- my husband had a strawberry peanut butter banana ice-cream that had no peanut butter butter. I don’t mind paying the price- but give us our monies worth. Horrible experience tonight. His wasn’t even filled. Pictured below not a bite taken out of it.

The best ice cream I've had in every long time. Shout out to the Birthday cake Choco-Taco. That was A-1.

came in to try the new birthday cake oreo taco but they were out of the taco shells so they offered a waffle cup instead.

the cream was creamy but didn’t have much oreo flavor coming through. they did put a lot of sprinkles in mine so i really could only taste that.

but the staff were super friendly and they offer military discounts too. i would come back to try other items on the menu.

I had a very disappointing experience here. I was standing at the counter looking at the flavors when a staff member came up to me and, before I even spoke, said “I don’t speak Spanish.” I hadn’t said anything yet, and I believe she assumed I couldn’t speak English. I told her in English that I wanted the banana caramel flavor, and she suddenly changed her expression and acted very rude.

It was uncomfortable and made me feel unwelcome. I came here expecting a good experience, but this kind of attitude is not acceptable. I hope the management addresses how customers are treated, no matter what language they are assumed to speak.

I went in to this location on Morganton Road to get my son a birthday cake. When I got to the register, the cashier seemed untrained! I wanted to use my Cold Stone rewards instead of my military discount and for the items to be rang up separately. She claimed she didn’t know how to do it and just stood there, looking at the register after literally hitting the same button repeatedly. I then had to call another employee over to the register to help her then when I got home, I was getting ready to throw the receipts away when we noticed I was charged for a large cake and I only got a small, almost a $12 difference!! I called the store and it’s something that they were unable to correct over the phone so I had to drive 25 minutes back to Cold Stone to get my money back. When I got there, they were extremely unapologetic And only towards the end, when I notified them that I would be escalating the situation did I receive an unauthentic apology from the “manager” Anthony. Spending almost an hour driving there and back to get my money was Definitely not what I wanted to do on my Sunday evening. Not even a milkshake or a waffle cone to apologize for my inconvenience. I won’t go back to this location if you paid me and I suggest if you go, you watch everything!

My mother ordered a birthday cake for my son's birthday. When I picked up the cake, his name was spelled wrong. (Spelled correctly on the order) When I saw it, I asked them to fix it and wrote down the spelling on a piece of paper they provided. They took 15 minutes, then gave me a new cake with his name still spelled INCORRECTLY (the exact misspelling on the first cake). When I saw the mistake, the man gave me an attitude about fixing it a second time.
Waiting another 15 minutes, I revived the proper spelling, but they clearly scrapped off part of his name, leaving a smear of red frosting. Making it evident there was a mistake.
Poor cutimer severvice, lack of care, and it's really a dirty/dingy location. Worst Coldastone experience/location.
Will not return.

Why cold stone just why? I ordered for pick up and it was so annoying to have to peel this off where I want to put my straw in. There has to be another and better way, I could find so many other products for dessert businesses where you could cover the top without this problem.
I also gave 3 stars because I wasn’t pleased with the chocolate silk shake but that’s personal preference. I usually am obsessed with the regular chocolate shake but wanted to try something different. I wasn’t pleased at all with the plant based option and I was annoyed. But at least my husband could use my points to get himself an ice cream. One of us was happy and it definitely was not me.

By far the worst experience I've had. I ordered for 6 individuals on the app. The app allows you to label each order. When my order was picked up the cups were a mess with the ice cream melted and covering the outside of the cup as if a toddler put the order together. On top of that none of cups were labeled as if I'm supposed to know what each cup is by the melted ice cream. I could only imagine the service I would've received if the location was busy. Save your time and go to a different location.

I dont think ive ever had an encounter like the one i just had at any business. I walked in and asked if i could BUY a cup of ICE. I was on break because i work in the same plaza. The gentleman told me we dont have ice. Which is odd for an ice cream shop that makes milkshakes and smoothies. Then proceeds to tell me i could sell you ice but i would have to charge you $8! For ice. I walked out just off that alone i probably wont ever go back into cold stone .

I’m giving a one star because the person who made my order didn’t have on gloves. I asked for a waffle bowl and she grabbed it with her bare thumb being in the inside of my waffle bowl. I asked for a remake cos her hands touched my waffle bowl and she did without any attitude BUT SHE STILL DIDNT PUT ON GLOVES BUT SHE MADE SURE TO GRAB THE BOWL WITHOUT TOUCHING MY WAFFLE. But I thought all employees had to wear a glove when making orders. Must be something new

The workers were quick and attentive! We usually get ice cream, but this visit, we wanted to try their shakes. Omg! Sooo yummy, creamy, and smooth! It's a bit expensive... but after one sip, totally well worth it!
