Why cold stone just why? I ordered for pick up and it was so annoying to have to peel this off where I want to put my straw in. There has to be another and better way, I could find so many other products for dessert businesses where you could cover the top without this problem. I also gave 3 stars because I wasn’t pleased with the chocolate silk shake but that’s personal preference. I usually am obsessed with the regular chocolate shake but wanted to try something different. I wasn’t pleased at all with the plant based option and I was annoyed. But at least my husband could use my points to get himself an ice cream. One of us was happy and it definitely was not me.

By far the worst experience I've had. I ordered for 6 individuals on the app. The app allows you to label each order. When my order was picked up the cups were a mess with the ice cream melted and covering the outside of the cup as if a toddler put the order together. On top of that none of cups were labeled as if I'm supposed to know what each cup is by the melted ice cream. I could only imagine the service I would've received if the location was busy. Save your time and go to a different location.

I dont think ive ever had an encounter like the one i just had at any business. I walked in and asked if i could BUY a cup of ICE. I was on break because i work in the same plaza. The gentleman told me we dont have ice. Which is odd for an ice cream shop that makes milkshakes and smoothies. Then proceeds to tell me i could sell you ice but i would have to charge you $8! For ice. I walked out just off that alone i probably wont ever go back into cold stone .

I’m giving a one star because the person who made my order didn’t have on gloves. I asked for a waffle bowl and she grabbed it with her bare thumb being in the inside of my waffle bowl. I asked for a remake cos her hands touched my waffle bowl and she did without any attitude BUT SHE STILL DIDNT PUT ON GLOVES BUT SHE MADE SURE TO GRAB THE BOWL WITHOUT TOUCHING MY WAFFLE. But I thought all employees had to wear a glove when making orders. Must be something new

The workers were quick and attentive! We usually get ice cream, but this visit, we wanted to try their shakes. Omg! Sooo yummy, creamy, and smooth! It's a bit expensive... but after one sip, totally well worth it!

I had a BOGO to spare and decided to go get ice cream. They were crowded with it being a small store, but that's normal I find. Their were 4 people working, all of which were attentive and nice. I love their cake batter batter batter and got it in a pint container. When we went to ring it up, it wouldn't take the BOGO even though it would online. The lady was nice enough to let me place it online just to get the discount and held my ice cream in the freezer while I did. Once done, I took one of them and asked if they would hold the other while I walk around outside. They did. I came back an hour later with no issues and got my other ice cream. They were so kind and flexible which i appreciated. I'll definitely be back!

No tables inside. It’s 100+ degrees outside, who wants to eat icecream in the direct sun? Not me that’s for sure. Ordered and paid for two smalls, couldn’t even get that right. Absolutely disgusting establishment all around. No matter the location, ColdStone just keeps disappointing.
I have multiple sclerosis and this afternoon I took my immuno-compromised self along with my 15 year old daughter to finish up our day of celebrating her birthday.
We ordered 6 various cups and a birthday cake. We frequent this particular establishment because it is veteran owned and we are a military family and honor the sacrifice.
Well, they were in the throws of a mad rush when we arrived an our order ended up being wrong and the cashier agreed!
However, when the other young woman came over to get the explanation-THINGS WENT SOUTH FAST!! She basically insulted my intelligence in spite of the fact that I am a teacher and have multiple degrees with 2 of them being from the University of Georgia!
So, we left with only 5 orders - even though we paid for 6!
She was refusing to even try to understand what I was saying…
End result was we left with 5 ice creams and she SNATCHED and KEPT the receipt!
I guess we just became Team SWEET FROG!!!? ???

My husband loves Cold Stone ice cream so we go there from time to time. It’s too sweet for me but I do like coffee ice cream sometimes. This time we got Minions style ice cream. It had marshmallows and chocolate chips in it. Beautiful yellow color! They have a bathroom for customers. No indoor or outdoor seating so our family stood in the corner sharing one huge ice cream. That’s fine!
Dietary restrictions: I saw they had lactose free ice cream made of almond milk. That’s cool!
Parking: There’s parking but it’s limited

One person made my order wrong and I didn't realize it until I got home. I made a complaint and the manager India called me and offered to remake my order. I'm pleased that they at least tried to fix it. And my remade love it was delicious!!

This store is a scam. I ordered a “love it” size and my order arrived with a smaller bowl inside of the larger bowl. Not sure how they can charge more for the same amount. I can’t fathom how they train their staff. I will be contacting the corporate office and BBB.
