Pull up to order wait 5 mins, decide to pull away and goto other lane as im pulling away someone comes to window and takes order for car that was behind me. In other lane, server fairly rude on speaker. Get to window and server was very rude, asked for ketchup she closed the window. I sat till she opened the window again and asked again for ketchup and she said they didnt have any... nuggets were shitty dried pucks with seasoning all over them, did not ask for seasoning on nuggets.. Rudest service I've had at cook out..

It’s like going to a for real cookout! The Carolina Style burger tray with double hush puppies and a shake is my GO TO comfort meal. Makes everything feel a little less yucky when I eat really good and satisfying food! 😋
Always friendly and detailed. They serve food like I remember from the '70s always great, well cooked, and any flavor milkshake you can imagine!

The order taker was very nice, although rushed with nobody behind me. The cashier, However, was rude and didn't say thank you. The milkshake was given to me with the lid half on and over flowing down the cup making a total mess. This transaction was on 3/7/25 about 4:00 or a little later. Won't be going back. I should've had her take the shake back and made it acceptable, but I'm kind and didn't.
