Stop having Shaunta in the window..she does not know how to take orders. Any other time I come up here I don't have a problem ordering nor making sure that my debit card is handed to me appropriately.
Love my double choc Oreo shake. I love some cookout yet always something is always missing if we do not check our bag. If you can go in and order that is my only way I’ll eat food vs just getting milkshakes.
We like the food and the service and all the people are always nice. BUT FOR GODS SAKE STOP BEING CHEAP AND BUY A NEW SHAKE MACHINE. So many times we come and their shake machine is not working.....
