11/23/2025, I ordered two hotdogs all the way and explain I wanted chillie onion mustard ketchup and one with coleslaw all the way the teller stated that they come all the way with coleslaw, When I got home neither one was correct one with no chillie no mustard and a ton of onions to cover up the fact it didn’t have chillie or mustard the one with coleslaw was missing the same no chillie or mustard or ketchup. I also order a large onion ring I only got three onion rings one medium size and a half of one and a very small one. I should of went to CooOut in REAFORD their service is top notch and they don’t cheat the customers through the drive through you want have to worry about me visiting this cookout every again. I will let everyone know of your location and shortcuts to the customer

Over done hush puppies, burnt on the outside, rubber on the inside grilled chicken; no dressing on the slaw. Best thing was the banana/pineapple shake. Do better!

Burgers are great! Made with fresh beef delivered daily, fresh vegetables sliced daily in-house, homemade chili not canned goop. The grilled chicken tastes like it was grilled and it's a whole chicken breast not thigh meat. My favorite is a Cookout style cheeseburger or cheddar style chicken. Ask for light mayo and crispy bacon. And the milkshakes speak for themselves.
Asked for 2 corn dogs with mustard and a huge sweet tea. Received the 2 corn dogs that were overcooked and room temperature, The batter on the outside was very chewy and difficult to eat. By the way...no mustard. The huge tea was a normal size. ☹️
