Five adults went to dinner together. We gave our number to the hostess. She took us to a table for 4,but we said, "There are 5 of us.". The hostess said that they would just add a chair to the end of the table. That would mean the person sitting at the end of the table would be in the walkway . We declined that idea and asked for a larger table. So, we were finally seated at a table more suited for 5 adults. The hostess seemed a bit annoyed that we requested the larger table. But, the waitress that took care of us was very pleasant and affirmed that we did the right thing by insisting on a more suitable seating situation. She served us well.
The food was okay.

There's almost no healthy items on the menu. We had the grilled chicken salad that was just OK. Prices are very reasonable but I'd rather pay a bit more for healthier and more inspiring menu choices.

Server was friendly, but kitchen got my order wrong. I didn't have time to wait so I ate what they brought, but did not get the biscuits I ordered. Server never came and checked on us once, so we didn't to ask for them or get drink refills. Will avoid this place next time we go by.

Gross! Our waitress was fabulous and very kind! That being said we will never eat at another Crackle Barrel. I ordered the fried chicken dinner. Took my 1 st bite and blood came out of the chicken! Was totally raw! They said they have a frier that does it perfect... It might need to be serviced. So gross. Hope to God I don't get sick! We are traveling. Never again.

What is wrong with cracker barrel? They have changed the food quality and menu! I wanted roast beef which they no longer carry. They recommended pot roast, which I got and it was awful. It was some kind of bbq burnt ends over mashed potatoes. I can't even eat this garbage! So in the garbage it go's! I hate wasting money on garbage food. I will not be back to eat at cracker barrel again!

Arrived approx 3 pm….it too them 5 minutes to come from the kitchen to escort me to the dining room. Then I waited in a nearly empty dining room for 9 more minutes to get a server to take my order.

I typically talk to managers before doing a review, but I didnt bother with this one due to the fact of our experience on our visit on 2/9/2025 was horrible and it was clear management does not care about customer experience and service at this location. When we arrived, a customer was smoking by the front door which was horrible for my partner who has breathing issues. This lady was older and just hanging out there smoking. When we got inside no one greeted us, we got to hostess stand which the greet was mediocre. She led us to a table in the center of the floor. We declined the table and asked to sit at the wall by a window. 2 other parties were sat behind us. Mind you this was around 2pm and it wasn't busy. There weren't too many cars in the parking lot which we were happy about since lun h rush seem to be over and we would have a quiet lunch. We sat close to 10 minutes with no one greeting us. The table near us had a birthday and they were done eating. It was 3 people at the table and 2 waitresses sang happy birthday. The 2 tables sat after us were greeted by wait staff. We decided to leave after not being acknowledged and there was more wait staff coming out the kitchen. It was obvious management is not watching the floor nor encouraging wait staff to acknowledged new guess. Not to mention if the server who was assigned to this table was not available for some reason, no other server was looking out for them. I'd like to mention that someone needs to be assigned to going through the menus and cleaning them. The were stick and pages were stick with food. This is not the Cracker Barrels experience I'm use to or would expect from a country food store!
