Food and service were on point. Coldest night of the year, actually the coldest night in three years and there wasn't a fire? Would have really put it over the top! Part of the reason we stopped. Still a great meal and attentive waitress.

I really couldn't tell you anything that was different in the store from when it was before all this publicity came out about the name change it was seen to be the same minus the firing the fireplace but normally the fire would be burning in the wintertime not in the mid fall.

Well no wait, I was able to order the Pot Roast ( tried a couple of times before and they were sold out ) it was the best thing I have ever had at Cracker Barrel. I recommend you try it. I think the changes to the menu are great.

My cheeseburger was overly salty. Our waitress seemed like she just wanted us out the door. We had our bill before I had even taken 2 bites out of my burger. Mind you I am a slow eater due to health issues but still. Then the electric green haired cashier could not be bothered. She did not greet us when we walked in and when she did ring us up she made it seem like it was a bother and then just handed us our receipt no have a good day nothing.

Our server was good. Took us 35 min to get a table even thou lots of empty tables...issue not enough cooks. Place needs a good cleaning tons of cob webs.

It is definitely complete disappointment. pay for a plate of food 22 dollars the bread was not given in your basket the completely cold meat would not return to this place
