We just had the worst experience ever won't be returning because all the food brought out was cold and the service was terrible. The manager was not even attentive to us to take care of us and showed no concern until it was time to go. Do better Fayetteville, cracker barrel. Customers were returning food at other food too.
Cracker Barrel seems to have changed for the worst. It was once my favorite restaurant. There was no host on duty for seating. It took 10 minutes to track down a waitress. She said they were short staffed. There was a host there but the manager didn't want her to clock in. There was only one waitress for everyone. I went there especially for the Granny Smith Apple Tea and the Country Fried Pork Chops. They had neither. I went there on Saturday (10/19/2024) when the pork chops were the special, yet, they had none. The apple tea was a featured item, yet, they had none. Very disappointing. The waitress delivered our food and drinks, but no flatware.
