Never has group seating.... they refuse to put tables together

Very many of the items that I enjoy has been taken off the menu like sugar cured ham and hamburger steak. The last couple of times the wrong item is brought out or Luke warm. Several times the service is slow due to little staff.

My daughter treated me to lunch but I chose to get the grandmother‘s sampler, my food was cold as well as I was missing a side. I even gave the young lady a tip and I felt real stupid afterwards. I actually like Cracker Barrel‘s food but if you don’t get it in person, I’ll get it served at your table is going to be cold and it’s not gonna be edible. I hate to pay for food that I have to take home and reheat!!!!.

We were seated very quickly but then had to wait 10-12 minutes for the waitress to show up. Once she showed and took out drink orders, we were brought coffee but no condiments, creamers no silverware nor napkins. Biscuits were delivered with butter and jelly still no napkins or silverware. Finally got silverware, but still no napkins or creamer or sugars for the coffee. A different waitress brought fresh coffee and creamers. We got napkins from another dining guest at the table beside us. Our food took forever and we were told it was because there was only one cook. The hash round casserole was bland as is it were made without onions. Overall this was our worst experience at any cracker barrel. The waitress acted like she didn't want to be there and brought very little of the things we needed

This is the worst crackerbarrel I have ever been to. They quote you a 20 minute wait then you’re sitting there waiting for over an hour with 4 starving children. They never have their entire dining room open. Even when you sit down it still takes longer than it should to get your food and then the food isn’t even fresh. I end up driving out of town when I want Cracker Barrel because of how poor this location is.

Food was good, server was nice but the wait was too long because they said they didn't have enough people on the schedule to work Saturday. This was sad.

The picture provided was supposed to be mashed potatoes. The Service was good but the food was Not good at all. The gravy and chicken tasted as if just came out of the refrigerator.
I will say the manager did make things right but it should never come to a manger having to receive a complaint because of the kitchen serving food such as this.

TOO LITTLE FOOD FOR WHAT I PAID! SEREVER DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HALF A DOZEN MEANT. NO MORE TO GO ORDERS FOR ME.

14 February, myself & a friend dined at this establishment. Understanding on such a day, we expected a wait/ delay… Not to confuse nor substitute quality, professionalism, and customer service as an excuse, for any day…
We excused the extra long wait .We excuse the food, taking extra long to come out. We also excuse the awful drinks. We excuse the waitress lack of accommodating and professional behavior. After excusing everything, we refuse to excuse the wrong food after (2) hours of lacking everything else! They wanted to take everything back rudely. We asked, if we could at least keep the sides because at this point, we were of course hungry… They took back the main dishes. Only to have the manager carry out 20 minutes later a single steak on each plate. What any eye sore!!! At this point we were over saying anything about the order still not being correct.
The waitress notice as we just requested a to go box . She stated is still not correct right. Our reply at this point, was we’re over it. We just want to go.
She stated, she would have the manager remove 30% off the check… Later to come back with, the manager says because we asked for a to go box they would not reduce anything… I stated I could leave it there after they brought everything out separately it was no longer a complete meal nor a correct meal…
Of course you already know, nothing happened.
This was my very first time at this particular establishment and my last…
I would advise any and everyone, if you have any choices please do not let this be one of them…

We have given this specific restraunt 3 chances in the past 2 months. I don’t normally write reviews but this is a must. This is a great place for you and your family to come if you want to take 3 hours out of your day. It’s always a 30 min wait to be seated and then a minimum of an hour and a half on food. That has been every single time we have come and it is never what I would call “busy”. But he service is almost non existent m, we just stopped even expecting our waiter/waitress would ever come by. Zero carbonation in the soda’s each and every time. I was brought out three separate flavor of drinks and none of them had any carbonation and this has been an issue every time. I’m top of all this you will have the cooks/dishwashers come out of the back and just stare at the customers (covered in “filth”). This was our last chance and last visit here. Now with all the being said the food is phenomenal and always delicious. But the service, the whole quality of the experience and the fact that every time we come it is at least a 3 hour trip as soon as we arrive and just over it.

Coffee was served cold. We saw our waitress twice and had to remind her that we needed our drinks when she brought the food out. Food was medicore at best. It was just a disappointing experience. The host and cashiers were pleasant and tried to flip the experience for us. They need more like them in this particular cracker barrel.

Quality and service have declined.

Enjoyed the food! It was great!! The service and atmosphere was good and relaxing. Our waitress took care of us.!

Very disappointed in today’s visit. Not sure what has happened here with the service and the food. I did speak with someone who said she would inform the manager. She was very pleasant to everyone she came in contact with but for the rest of the staff and kitchen they need to be retrained. I will go one more time and I hope things will have turned around.
