Today, I ordered country fried steak which was very dry. I don't prefer the Cracker Barrel's gravy. Also, I ordered the $5 grilled chicken and mac & cheese, which was cheaply made. It was watery & tastless.

It's sad to see a restaurant struggle. It affects the entire establishment. The place was dirty. Very short staff. The waitress who had us was over about 15 tables. Glassware was dirty when served the drinks. The food was not hot. Cold vegetable plate. Staff was doing what they could. But I didn't see any management. Short staff 3 called out. It sad. It's getting to be the norm.

This place has some of the worst service around. I’ve been here twice in the course of 3 years and even separated by 1 year, both times were terrible. If you e got a few hours to waste, you can go here.

The waitress was very professional and nice. However, the food was mediocre. The country fried pork chops were bland and the okra was hard. The children liked there food (chicken strips, fries and mac n cheese). Oh, the biscuits were very good.

Please know service was great but it is not smart putting disabled people all the way in the back where they have to go they a made to get past people, tables and chairs. I hit one going back.Wheelchair accessibility: I hit a chair going to our table so far in the back. A clothing rack almost fell on me. Thank goodness a lady stopped it.
I usually do not dine out, but I was totally satisfied with my dining experience at my local Cracker Barrel Old Country Store.Parking: Plenty of parking for persons with disabilities.
