Average, dont go in with high expectations. This place has not changed since the last time I ate here four years ago, except that there are less buffet options. There are very limited topping options I would say. Also, my second plate was not cooked as good as my first one.

I remember when this place opened YEARS ago. I'm glad that they are still in business now that I am back. The food, service, and atmosphere is outstanding. I would definaitely recommend this for anyone.

This used to be “BD’s Mongolian Grill” when I lived in Fayetteville…24 YEARS AGO! Now it has a new name but is the same tasty place. Nice staff. Good food at a good price.

I’ve been to places similar as this one, and I was not disappointed! For $13.99 you get unlimited trips. It’s a raw bar, so you grab a bowl and throw in whatever veggies you want. Then you grab a second bowl and throw in whatever raw meat you want, including steak, shrimp, scallops, and chicken. Then you add whatever oils, sauces, and spices you want to your mix and season it to your liking. They cook it right there in front of you! They even offer an assortment of cakes for dessert, the Oreo ice cream cake was delicious.Shout out to our waiter Will, who was not only attentive, but had a wonderfully enjoyable personality and offered great service. He was a joy to be around and made the experience all the better.

Today we celebrated ancollege graduate and 2 birthdays with a large family group. Waitress was on top of our drink orders and doing all to make our experience great. You select what you want in your bowl veggies meats seasonings and watch them cook on a huge hibachi grill. All you can eat. Great place

Great place for lunch or dinner. You can place your order to eat in or take out. The buffet has a complete assortment of proteins, starches, vegetables, and dairy to select from with an accompaniment of oils and spices to complete the dish you put together yourself. The staff expertly combines and cooks your selection to your full satisfaction, quickly while you wait.

-DIRTY would be an understatement. I hope you don’t mind dust and cobwebs with your food. I’ve been in restaurants in the Middle East that were cleaner than this restaurant.-Options on the buffet to put together options for your meal were limited and what was there was scarce. Food was over cooked and burned on their flat top. I believe due to the two cooks being confused on what food belongs to what customer and how long it has been on flat top.-Forced 18% tip for 8 and more guests even if you have separate checks allowing them get 18% per check. Look at the top of the check on the bottom table 40, 8 guests but seats 1-5. I’ve always left around 10% tip for ok service, 15% for good service and 20%+ for excellent service. I’ve even tipped the check (the amount of the the tip is equal to the amount of the check). So no matter the service they get a 2% less tip than you pay for excellent service. That leads me to the service part; there was one server with the tables full and people waiting to be seated. Resulting in poor service and still receiving the forced excellent service tip. Then they have the gall to put a tip spot; they think so highly of their service that they start at 18% for the tip guide for an additional tip at the bottom of the check. They need to look around to see what’s really going on.

Fresh ingredients, wayyyy lots from which to choose, cooked to perfection. The grill masters J.C. and Cleo were fantastic. Loved it!

Earlier today, we brought family that were visiting from out of town. I chose to order a to-go box since the restraunt, earlier this year, decided that was the only way that you could bring home your leftovers. No signs were there stating you had to take the box outside their premises to eat...only that they weren't allowed for all that you can eat dine-in and limited to one bowl per box. So, since me and my daughter eat like birds and never finish our meals, I chose to have ours put in a to-go box while everyone else in our party had theirs put on plates as they were likely to go back for seconds. We get back to our table, sit down, when some lady who identified herself to us as just the manager (later found out her name is Angie), started yelling at me and my nine year old daughter that we need to either dump our food that was in the box on a plate and get charged $10.70 or pack up and leave because their new policy was no eating to-go orders in their restaurant. I was baffled and stated this was news to me since last time I was in there they said that was okay...my daughter, along with the other members of our party still continued to eat their food. Within a second of me finishing my sentence, the lady turned towards my daughter, bent down, started yelling in her face while taking her pointer finger and pointing it in and out in my daughter face and asking if she was dense. At that time, I told her that she needed to get out of my child's face...finger and all and to address me if she had an issue. She then turned towards my niece and began to start screaming at her for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I told her she had no right to speak to any child the way she was all because me and my nine year old had boxes and eating with our family. She becomes so infuriated that she tells us to get out. This woman needs some serious anger management. No one deserves to be treated or talked to in any such a way...especially to paying customers who weren't doing anything wrong or disruptive. She was so out of line that even her waitstaff began to apologize to us. We immediately left, paid with cash so we could expedite the process, and gave a tip to our server. I can 100% guarantee I'll never dine here again or recommend this place (which, honestly, the food isn't that great anyways). The moral of the story...if you want a positive experience, don't eat here.Side note: as shown in the photo, their signage doesn't mention anywhere that their to-go boxes can't be eaten in their restraunt.

If you’re a Mongolian bbq connoisseur like myself then you’ll likely be disappointed. This was the worst Mongolian bbq I’ve ever had. The stove temperature was way too low and it took them forever to sauté it. The cooks barely touched the food while it sat on the stove, didn’t add enough water and were using metal sticks (no water soaked bamboo rods?) so all the sauce stuck to the stove. They just scraped all the flavor off every couple rotations. One cook placed a plastic pitcher on the stove for 10 seconds while he stirred someone’s food, contaminating the stove with melted plastic. The sauce bar didn’t have ladles (sauces were in pitchers) so it was impossible to measure quantities. The noodles tasted and looked like actual spaghetti noodles. Bowls were too small so most people had to use multiple (never seen bowls so small in other places). Flies were flying around. The food was bland. This was a mess on so many levels. Management needs to visit some real Mongolian bbq joints outside NC to see how it’s really done. Service was good.

They do not have sushi! The food you have to make and season yourself. It was a good experience but can be intimidating if you don't know how to cook (like my little sister ?). The people cooking the food was awesome and fun.My family arrived just after 7:30 and was told to wait for 20min. And by the time we were seated and ready to get our food they had stopped re-filling the meats and started putting the sauces away. They shouldn't do that til closing time cause there are people who pay to have good food and enjoy it and not get aggravated that there's hardly anything there to make their food with.

First time eating here and didn't know what to expect. This is a Lo Mein lover's dream buffet. They only do Lo Mein and have a very good variety of veggies and meats. There is a large assortment of seasoning sauces and seasonings to choose from. If carryout, you have to put all your choices in 1 bowl. If dining in, you can use 2 bowls. You can make as many trips as you like. They also offer a side of rice, white or fried. I had the fried rice and added sesame seeds. The staff was helpful in picking which seasoning sauces would compliment my choice of meats. I enjoyed Mongolian Grill's Lo Mein.

Had an awful experience. My fiancé and I came in to have a nice dinner and was very disappointed. The hostess asked us if it was our first time there and we said yes so we had no idea how the restaurant worked and no one cared to explain it to us. We were sat at a disgusting, sticky table. The waiter came over and asked us if we knew how the line worked. I have been to a Mongolian grill before so I was aware of how to fill the bowls. He knew it was our first time and did not care to explain that it was all you can eat. After going through the very long line we finally were able to eat our meal. I was disappointed in the selection of only having rice or spaghetti noodles. All of the meats were over cooked and hard to chew. Never once did our waiter offer to refill our drinks or see if we needed anything after we sat down with our food initially. We asked for our check and a box for our leftovers. We were told that we couldn't take what was left on our plates since it was all you could eat. I'm very disappointed that none of this was explained and I paid quite a bit of money to not be able to take it home. We will not be coming back. I will say that all of the wait staff and cooks were nice and besides the meats the food was decent.

I was charged twice and they reversed the charge…great but look at my account two days later and the charge is back again! Beyond upset and the mean was not that great.

Zero stars if I could. Just cheap veggies and raw meat and the world's nastiest noodles left laying out all day. You then hand them to a cook to be fried to oblivion. Was absolutely the most disgusting meal I have ever tried to eat.
