It is kinda odd when you order mash potatoes with gravy and it tasted like bbq. It seemed like the chicken that I ordered was cooked two different ways. I will be returning to this Crown ? Fried Chicken.

??♀️ Guy Manager Is Rude & They Will Charge Extra to substitute chicken leg for thigh and charge you for items you didn’t order I ordered extra steak on the Philly and it was barely any meat on the bread & when I called he showed No Sympathy about my order not being correct and overcharging me the first time was good but after this experience I’m glad this isn’t the only restaurant!!!

I read reviews that it was very good. It is. This will now be our go to for fried chicken. The coleslaw and potatoe salad were both mayonnaise based and tasted ok. I am not big on sweet flavors so it was too sweet for my taste. We also tried the pound cake. It was also very tasty.

Stopped by for a few sandwiches and an order of fries and was told the prices were changed ... Okay that's no biggie . We spent a little over $26 for 3 burgers and a lg fry.Order was placed at 605 pm and we ended up waiting about 30 mins .. I had asked the cashier about how long would it take , and I believe she stated 10 mins ..Well once we got the food I was utterly shocked because this couldn't possibly be my order lol. 3 sandwiches and a kid size fry ... ?..The sandwiches were okay, nothing special especially not for $8 eaAnd the fries were hard like they were fried then left out ...It's totally fine we just wanted to check it out since we've heard such good things from hereBut honestly I doubt we'll go back

They be false Advertising ! If you say you have an Italian cheeseburger , and you didn't have any peppers ,or onions on this fake burger . But you replaced peppers and Italian season with fries in a sub bun. Trash if you don't have the produce in this place ?. Stop serving people anything ! I want be back !

For the past few visits we've made, the wings are not seasoned at all. They were very bland. I've read several reviews and they're saying the same thing, so the manager needs to fix this asap.I've eaten at Crown for a while; even when it was on Murchison Rd and the flavor kept us coming back, but the taste has declined drastically over time.On a good note, the cashier, Ms. Innette was wonderful! She's always friendly, courteous and helpful. Please give her a raise! Her customer service is impeccable.The establishment is always clean with a welcoming atmosphere playing nice music.Please fix the flavor and seasoning of the wings; too many complaints about the same thing so everyone can't be wrong. Saying new staff should not be an excuse.Hope to see you guys in a few weeks or month after we notice changes. ?
