Terrance is super shady and condones his employees harassing customers and calling them out of their name.

I made a reservation so it was an easy check in process. The vibe and music was great. The environment was clean and the service was great. The drinks are a little pricey but it was worth it in my opinion. This is probably the nicest lounge I’ve been to in town.

The only thing great about this place is the ambience. Fayetteville definitely needed a new spot for the party people, but the staff, service, and hookah is a HUGE no. I been here multiple times and each time I was not satisfied. Example 1: Taco Tuesdays we had a table, got there at 11 PM we ordered food and drinks for the promo no later than 11:30 and we PAID on the spot. We waited almost an hour never received our drinks nor our tacos. We were never checked up on but Im noticed staff bringing food to other tables and not ours. I questioned a staff cause it was getting close to 1 AM (closing) and she tells me the kitchen is closed, alright. So of course I want my money back bc essentially I never received the items I paid for. My waiter that night brought me to talk to the manager and she was no better. She acted like she was going to refund us and never did, this place is very unprofessional and money hungry. From the burnt hookahs to the reoccurring unsatisfying experiences I would not recommend nor spend my money at this location.

Went on the weekend for a night on the town. It was free to get in but it's a pretty small place. Packed like sardines in there but there are two floor and plenty of areas to set and and grab a hookah if that's your thing.

Sunday I had a birthday reservation for 7. Once we were seated we ordered a hookah and our drinks. The taste of the hookah was burnt and honestly seemed like it had already been used. The top of the hookah had a lot of smoke coming out and the water was brown. We told the waitress our hookah was horrible and she said she would find out what she can do. We waited about 15 minutes and we did not get any update about the hookah nor our drinks. Collectively, we all decided that we were going to leave and head over to Plush. Once we left the establishment the waitress yelled out in front of other patrons that were entering “you can’t walk out on your tab”. Mind you, we didn’t even get our drinks that we ordered and the hookah situation was not handled. I’m not sure what tab we were walking out on when we didn’t even get the items we ordered. I have NEVER been embarrassed by an establishment to insinuate that I’m a thief. We ended up paying for drinks that we did not even receive in order to get away from the situation. I’m not sure if management was present that night but it didn’t seem like it.

Server Dionna provided great service and polite. Will definitely ask for her again when I go back

Around 11pm I went to the front desk and asked them was there anywhere I could sit to order a hookah and the girl said I could sit in the section in front of the door until 12am. After like 20 minutes the server said I took 10% off since it’s taking so long. A little after 12 the hookah came and I hit it about 3 times and another server said I had to move because a reservation was being seated at 12 which I respected. I asked if there was anywhere I could move because the Hookah literally just came out and the original server said she had to take it back because she took it off my bill and voided it without telling me until after I paid for my drinks. Highly disappointed and unorganized which is expected from any business in Fayetteville!
