I generally like them. I’m a baker and when I don’t feel like making cookies myself, I order here. I enjoy the variety.

The employees were friendly and efficient, but I couldn’t help feeling bad for them. This was my first visit to Crumbl, and I was surprised by how sterile the space felt, more like a hospital room than a bakery. There was not a chair in sight, and I later read that many Crumbl locations do not even provide a break room for their employees. The cookies were good, but next time I will support a small local business instead.

I went in and stood at the front for like 5 mins while the girls in the back kept calling names of orders for people that were not there. I finally asked if I could order since I was the only customer in the store. The girl said ya go ahead there is a tablet right there. If I had wanted to order from a tablet I would have went to the self order on the right of the store. I was holding my young daughter. This place has terrible customer service.. I will not be back.
