We walked in and the whole place reeked of a garbage/ vomit smell. We stood at the counter waiting and waiting. I guess all of the employees were too busy sitting in the back that they can't watch the front of their store. No one bothered to get our order. We ended up leaving and going to Cold Stone. This is not the first time this location has had bad customer service. After working customer service for years and always being attentive to my customers, the customer service here sucks!

Leilani was wonderful! Very efficient and friendly! This is the third time I’ve gone through drive through and she’s had such a cheery demeanor ! Also thank you for turning the blizzard upside down!! It’s always fresh never runny !
Excellent, attentive staff who went above and beyond to offer friendly customer service. I walked in hoping to get a same day cake and the young woman came right over and helped me pick one out and offered to decorate it. She had a great attitude. This was my first time coming in over a year because the last time the workers were annoyed and didn’t have ANY chocolate ice cream in stock… so glad I gave them another chance! We even stayed and ordered lunch before going.

I've been here before . But for whatever reason they never have Strawberry or Banana . So today 03-14-25 went around 5pm asked for a Strawberry smoothie there wasn't any . So I asked for a Orange Julius on top of that we had to repeat ourselves more than 5 times about what we wanted . My husband asked for a Orange cream shake and he said it tasted ok then he continued to sip & he noticed at the bottom of the cup there was chunks & it didn't seem mixed well so we got home and passed it to our bullet to mix it and unfortunately this is how it looked . I honestly think we they could've done BETTER.

The guy with the puffy hair changed the trash and didn’t have on gloves or anything and then went and grabbed ice cream cones and filled them up. He didn’t wash his hands. Super nasty

I had my fiance run and grab me a brownie blizzard. I got a size medium it's been so long since I have had them. Well, I got it. Didnt have alot of bits of brownie. Seemed like it wasn't mixed well. It didnt taste right, but as I said its been awhile so maybe its changed. It wasnt a pleasant taste and about 20 mins after, I started feeling sick and wanting to throw up. I don't think I will be having them again.
