We’ve tried to give this location several chances, but unfortunately it’s not great. The ice cream always is served wet and melty like soup. They never do the flip thing here because they know it’s 100% liquid. The store smelled like vomit. The girl behind the counter was mean mugging me the entire time I ordered. My ice cream tasted really “off” and I could only have a few bites. It’s bad.
Great service. Good customer service
They were great!
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING & DIRTY!!! The manager made my food & didn’t even use gloves. How are you the manager & don’t even wear gloves. The place smelled spoiled that I should have just turned around, but atlas here we are. They do not care here, like I mean not even trying yall!!! Don’t eat here, your stomach will hate you!!!
How does a strawberry cheesecake not have strawberry or cheesecake? A bunch of graham crackers does not count. I got two cookies and creams that weren't mixed. Terrible place.
Where is the manager? This place smells like old milk and is disgusting! The CEO needs to know about this store!
Slooooow service. Line is long. Workers act like they dont know who is supposed to do what.
I arrived at 9:40pm (like normally do) I a chocolate ice cream cone and blizzard (everything was fine) They tell me my total and ask me to drive to the window great. . They open the window and give me my blizzard but regret to inform me they had JUST cleaned their chocolate ice cream machine (allegedly)…. but when I ordered 4 minutes ago it was okay & available. 7/10 times I come to this store the ice cream machine is down.. being clean…”just exploded everywhere” or down. It’s is very aggravating to drive there… waste my gas for them to “close up” early. I worked at sonic for 3 years… where we are running just as much ice cream as DQ and never had problems we couldn’t work through… there is no problem in having a bad day or a machine being down. But this is a constant… and a pattern which is creating a bad narrative for this DQ. I will say I have no problems when I attend this establishment during the day but at night I literally can never get what I order.I will add—- the service is always very nice and respectful.. but it’s the simple fact of DQ not serving to its full service . God forbid a girl want a sweet treat.
Staff is friendly....they have the full Dairy Queen menu unlike other locations. They have my favorite dip top cones since the chocolate is thicker than the dairy queen close to my home 😁
The employees are super nice, the restaurant was clean, and they were very understanding when I let them know we have a peanut allergy! I'll definitely be back! Also, the Superman Blizzard was excellent!

Worst dairy queen experience ever!! Save your time. They have nothing that's supposed to be on the menu, the staff is so incompetent and the dining area is filthy. Fayetteville fast food is always pretty sketchy, but this place takes it to the next level.
Customer service was super friendly and chill! I showed up about 30 minutes before closing and didn’t have to wait at all. My order was a little off, but honestly, I’m not mad about getting a medium instead of a small 😝🙏 Definitely a good experience overall!
Whole building smells of cheddar cheese balls and mold on the walls. Change the mop water would be a nice touch floor sounds like flubber.
I came by the Dairy Queen off of McPherson and there was 4 employees and only one spoke as he closed the doors. We stood at the register for 3 minutes and not one employee stopped their task to help us. If you don’t want to work just stay home. I left and was forced to go to Sonic where they were happy to serve me.
WAY too expensive. $25 for four people to get ice cream. The parfaits flew out of the drink holder they were put in because they didn't fit, my husband caught them in midair thankfully.
