I know that this DQ has a lot of bad reviews but everytime ive been going here for the past 2 years my blizzard is okay. I went there this time and got a large chocolate brownie extreme and it was melty and didnt have ANY chocolate chip or brownie pieces. I tasted and my boyfriend went back up to tell her and she said she couldnt do anything about it and that there was brownie and chocolate chip pieces and had an attitude. So i went up there to the guy that took my order and told him my blizzard was made wrong and he remade it for me. It was thicker but he didnt put any of the pieces in there either. There was like 3 brownie pieces. I just left with it cause i was tired and ready to leave. But I'm never coming back here again

Love this place! But they short change sometimes. They took $3 from me yesterday, and I didn’t realize until I got home. They need to work on that

They did not flip my blizzards which it states right on the board when I said something the employee when to grab it out my hand and was very rude so I am assuming that the lady in the back was the manager and she spoke up very rude and said all we will do for you is make you another one. And I tell you why they did not flip them cause they were like soup! No good at all...... I made a report to the Corporation because this is not the first time I have had bad Experience at this location

An after lunch adventure for ice-cream for my birthday.

walked in and the employees looked lost like they didn’t know what was going on, didn’t greet us, one of them farted and it was so strong everyone paused and tried to figure out what that smell was, very discombobulated also , the manager or whoever she was literally had to tell the employees to work because they were all just standing and staring, it’s always moist and full of flies in there also

Ordered a birthday cake a week in advance, went today to pick it up and the picture I I gave them was explained to me that they didn't see it in the email cause it was at the bottom in small print therfore my cake defeat the purpose of my special order. Very disappointed. I then ordered a mm blizzard to go and it was just vanilla ice cream with mms mixed in the ice cream? No chocolate. I could made this at home.

When I went in here for the first time it smelled awful. No one was up front, I walked right out. Went to a different one months later because they had a new ice cream I wanted to try, wanted to get the same ice cream from this one so decided to give them another try. No one up front again, smelled like dirty mop water. I don't see how anyone is ordering food from here.

this is my go-to dairy queen location for a sweet treat. the staff and service are always top notch. i only give 4 stars because there’s always a stench of what smells like rotten milk.
