This places service has 100% boosted in the recent year from before I see a lot of new faces so I assume new management finally weeded out all the poor service members and I am glad

Worst Dairy Queen ever. They never have anything that is listed on the menu! Horribly ran company, I do not understand how the manager or associates still have a job at this place. Cooperate needs to step in and shut this location down!

I went to this DQ last week and received some great customer service from the young lady who I interacted with. My Blizzard order was correct and very delicious. I can't wait for my next visit.

My husband and I went to get the 85 cent blizzard deal tonight. I tried to order through my app, but it would not let me apply the deal. When we went inside, Nester helped us fix the issue. He provided fantastic customer service, some of the best I’ve had anywhere in a long time. He was kind, understanding, and very personable. We will definitely be returning to this location.

Waiting 130-156pm, 30+minutes and the only car at the drive thru , for 1 hot dog, 1 pretzel order, & 1 milkshake. There is not a line inside. The young guy still didn't my order right multiple times, but at least he tried. This is not acceptable. If I was going to be late for work I would've went somewhere else. The milkshake looks sloppy - white mocha ? I should've got the meal free. Popeyes can drop chicken faster.
