Worst Dairy Queen I've been too. I live about 15 minutes away from this shop in Raeford and I did an online order for 2 blizzards last week. When I came to the store a lady told me that they were out of ice cream and couldn't make the blizzards... I don't know how Dairy Queen runs out of ice cream especially during the afternoom but this made me mad since I wasted gas and time coming up here.
Today while I was driving in Fayetteville I decided to stop by this dairy queen again and try to place an order. I drove up to the Dairy Queen around 12:30 and when I went to the building it was closed and nobody was inside the shop even though online it says it was open.
This store needs to get better employees or just shut down entirely because this is ridiculous. I don't recommend this Dairy Queen to anyone.

Every time I come to this location they’re always out! I was told tonight ice cream was a 20 minute wait! Ice cream machine being broke is believable but find a reason to not serve the customer with that excuse! You don’t want to work don’t come it that simple!! Would not recommend coming here! It a waste of time! Ever visit they are always out!!!

Came by at 7:50pm 12/31. Was told “we don’t have any ice cream but we got everything else on the menu”….. I’m sorry but this is bad. Close the store if that’s the case. But to me sounds like they started cleaning/shutting off the machines early so they don’t have to work. Sorry excuse of employees. Do better or get another job.

This dairy queen here ,I wouldn't come none of there employees seem to be interested in their job,last 4 times I've been here ,my cookie dough fill up the cup little amount of ice cream, one time no Vanilla ice cream,one time close early, oh yeah one time only serving cones and sundaes,,and most recent snicker doodles way to much dough bites,,,be along time till i come back ,if you want good experience from dairy queen go Westwood shopping center ,they treat you like they care

The attitudes are uncalled for….I came to this location to get a smoothie for my son and the girl who came on said they were unable to make smoothies….I repeated it back to her (you’re unable to make smoothies?) to make sure I heard her correctly and she repeated it back so nasty….like she was mad with me lol smh…I will say the time before today, they were out of chili for the hot dogs but the young lady I spoke to was very pleasant and even sang a little tune….at least she was pleasant about it.
Great specials with the app! No longer offer burgers, so very disappointed. Staff was helpful and willing to assist.

Several times when we have driven to this location, they tell you at the drive thru that they only have cones and sundaes and cannot make anything else for you. They close everything else down 2 hours or more before they close. I'm sick of wasting my time and gas going to this dairy queen. I will not be going back. Trim the bushes in your drive thru so they don't scratch the side of people's cars.

We came here to oder some ice cream. Went through the drive through and the employee sounded like they were asleep. They also told us it would be about a 20 minute wait for ice cream. We left and went to sweet frog. Not sure if this was a one day event but will go back one more time hopefully with better results. Just in case anyone else experienced this recently here.

Bad! It was little after 9:00pm they close at 10. I wanted a Blizzard. NOPE. no blizzards after 9. This is a theme up here in Fayetteville. Places have to close, and employees can't get OT, so all side work and drawer counts must be done so they leave at closing. Employee was as accommodating as she could be, but no smile, it was a matter of fact transaction. Very disappointing !
