Not very friendly acted like we we're bothering them by coming in food was very slow to come out saw them in kitchen sanding around. Ordered chicken cutlet was over cooked the wait staff did a lot of standing around too dirty tables never cleaned off waitress wouldn't come to the table to check on us seem to be more friendly to people they know had to to wave her down when we needed something when she walked be she would turn her head away not good experience at this restaurant

This restaurant is nothing less than perfection. I had the braughtwurst sandwich it was delicious. And it reminded me of my time in Germany when I was a kid. The owners do a great job of cultivating a sense of culture. I’m from Texas and we pride ourselves with our sweet tea and they came to deliver I loved the thirst quenching drink that is their sweet tea 10/10 would come again with my family/friends also I’m not a bot I have a KD of 2.02 of CALL OF DUTY SO BOOM

Had the Alpen Schnitzel, saukraut, and sauteed apples. It was all delicious. First time I've had a schnitzel with swiss cheese and onions on it. The saukraut is on the sweeter side.

worst German restaurant i have ever been. chicken schnitzel was paper thin. no meat just breading. warm potato salad was nothing. cucumber salad was not any better. service suckedmy mother was German so i know what it was suppose to taste like.that was not German food

Ate here last Thursday, not many german restaurants left in the state, absolutely great service! The food was incredible, me and the wife live out towards new bern but the food was so good we will be making the 2.5hr trip again. Also out of all the german restaurants we have eaten at between NC and VA this place had the cheapest prices! 5 out of 5 stars would highly recommend and can not wait to get back here and eat again.

I was looking for a Reuben on rye. Nailed it! Prepare to have your heart slow just a bit, in a good way. I had only been recommended Das Bavarian Haus but had not visited. It is very close to my home. They wiil see me again!

- the closing time was wrong. I called to confirm for a Friday night and they closed at 9pm and not 7pm. - when we walked in the cook poked his head out and said just said at any table. - the waitress didn't show up to about 20min to take our order. - the food took 2 hours *overall, the food was was forgettable. The ambiance of the restaurant felt unwelcoming.
Wonderful food. Even the side dishes are special. I drove 60 miles to eat here.

After my share of hit and miss on three states and the other german restraunt here in Fayetteville R&M&B which was a minus -10 I have found our go to for German food.It left us thinking of our next visit and what we will order.Atmosphere and lay out is really nice clean and inviting.Waitress was very punctual on drinks and food Orders.Food came in timely manner and everything we ordered came correct.Saw no mezzo Mix though:(.Our Food was extreamly very generous portions with sides. Bring a hearty appetite.* If you like tart sauerkraut do not order.the German one. More of a mellow taste.Food was excellent end of story.Black Forest cake is a must for any bakery lover.Try this Restaurant before you try others.Thank you again.

Fantastic food as always. Totally organized seating is decided by red and white table clothes. White is ok to select a table and keep distancing. Pricing is very reasonable, but bring a big appetite.

Look at the dates on your bottled beer. Served one that was over 6 months expired and when I told the waitress we were met with an attitude and she grabbed the receipt off the table without a word, walked around for another 10 minutes without even looking at us, and eventually returned with a new receipt with the beer taken off. Didn't say another word to us the whole time.Besides that the food was mostly mediocre. We liked the noodles and the pretzel, but everything else we ordered tasted like it came frozen or from a can. Really disappointed

Wow what an amazing restaurant. When I got there the place was packed but I received amazing service the food was incredible one of the best German restaurants I have been to since I left Germany. I highly recommend them. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming just like most of the restaurants I went to in Germany. They at the top of my list great food that will not break the bank.
