Service was good but food was disappointing. Got their turkey sandwich which looked nothing like the picture in the menu and the bread was so greasy I just couldn't eat it. The onion rings and seasoned fries were good.
Not sure if we simply arrived at an inopportune time or if there is an issue with wait staff. A waitress quit in dramatic fashion while we were waiting to be seated and our waitress had just arrived for her second day on the job. The food was good and though our waitress was a little slow, she got our orders correct and was very courteous.
My family went today for Mother's day and the food was perfect. The skillet was the best. I do not know who the cook was but two thumbs up. My husband steak was even terrific.Thank you Denny staff you all were great
The last 3 breakfasts we’ve had here in about 2 months have been awesome!!! Who ever they have as their cooks need a raise!!!!!! I got the ultimate omelette with jalapeños added and it was so packed and cooked perfect!!! Husband has been substituting his hash browns with red potatoes and they have been crispy and perfect!! The hostess/server was super nice too! I hope Dennys takes care of their employees because they are what is bringing us back because we know the service and food will be great!!!
So I was very surprised. The breakfast was so good. We were a party of 4 and there were no complaints. The wait for food wasn’t long even though it looked like they can use more employees. All of the staff were moving around quickly and checking in making sure we never felt forgotten. That’s always nice.
This place was horrible, waited forever. That would've been ok, but the waitress seemed overwhelmed and couldn't seem to pay her section the refill attention they needed. She acted very unbothered that our food was not prepared to our liking. Our table was definitely not the only displeased table!!
The best thing about this experience was the friendly wait staff. The salmon was dry and tasteless. The fries appeared to be refried from the previous day and the broccoli had no flavor what so ever...that same dinner was delicious at the Denny's I ate at previously...I think it was in Maryland. I was disappointed to say the least?
Service and food was quick. But if it's cold out, bring a jacket. Everyone in the restaurant was wearing a coat. Some of them had there hoods up even. When I ask if the heat could be turned up, the response from the server was" well I'm running around so they didn't notice the cold". Wrong answer, thus I will take my future business elsewhere...
It was great, man. Food was on point, service was exceptional, for the most part due to the fact our customer service rep had took the burden to take the orders and check on the tables she just waited was awesome, would definitely back, especially to give a bigger tip.
We came in, the over all flow was slow. Not too busy. The person up front was over worked. She was taking care of tables, rinning people up, and hosting. Needless to say she wasn't doing any of the above, since it's all too much for one person to handle. We sat and waited for her to finish up with the person ahead of us. She assured us she would get us a table shortly. As she continued to serve food and run back and fourth. We were completely ignored. As 2 more customers lined up to cash out, she continued to work the register. We left. I don't understand making people wait longer, and helping others sooner. There were plenty of tables that my family and I could have sat it. If it was going to be a wait, we should have been advised of that. It's sad that people are so overwhelmed, that they end up giving no/poor service.

We were seated and waited for 10 minutes for a server. As she walked past us 7 times at least. When she finally did come to our table was rude. Then after we get our food. It was cold and there was a hair in it. Server and host got an attitude with me after I mentioned it. Will not be back and would not recommend
Got there around 12 raeford road fayetteville location. One waitress sat us.. we ordered drinks water coffee and their mango smoothie. Got the water coffee first within a few minutes. Two other tables were seated after us. Now we are around 15 min in. I hear one waitress say to another did you take their order looking at us she says yes. Reply. ok cause they still have their menu's yeah I got them already. 20 min in I see one table get their food. 25 min in the other table got their food. So we finally flag down another waitress and we asked hey we haven't gotten the mango drink yet and we haven't place the food order yet. 30 min in now. The third waitress finally took our order. 35 min in. One table already had finished eating. Other table got their food. I must say this one had it together. She brought the mango smoothie within 2 min. Took our order food was brought to us in like 10 min. Pictures was my order. there was 2 more orders on our table brought at the same time. This waitress continued checking in on us from time to time made sure drinks were full. Food was good except for the link sausage which wasn't cooked all the way my girl ended up going to the bathroom after she ate hers no Bueno. She did finish the rest of the food though. We all did. Very bad service at first finished positive except for the sausage incident. Thank the last waitress for the save we were fixing to walk out. I will try again in the future but not anytime soon but they will get another chance cause the menu does seem appealing.
Our waitress was very sweet, however we had small children with us and they did not get their food until the adults had already shared their food and we had already eaten all our food. We asked for boxes for the kids food before we even got the food. They were getting the silver dollar pancakes. There was also a hair on the one kids plate
I place a order Saturday morning to be delivered to me. It was canceled for no reason. I was told a refund will return in my account 5-10 business days. The next day almost 40.00 was taken out of my account. I was told the delivery service took it out and I need to talk to them. But Dennys are the only ones who take my money out of my account. A alert goes to my phone to any withdrawal from my account. I show her that. And still not a good explanation for it. Very disappointed ?.
Went for the Veterans Day Grand Slam breakfast. The food was good & service was good especially for how busy they were.
