I love everything about this place! The Corn Soup was super Amazing and anything with Curry has me! I love the doubles, curry potatoes and cabbage 😋😋😋 Please visit this Gem!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Super friendly family! They may let you taste anything before you buy—this is top tier!! Trini flavors are unfamiliar to many, so I find it exceptional that they don’t mind letting you try before you buy. Now don’t quote me on this and go in there asking to sample everything! I love going to get their doubles, bakes and salt fish — staple Caribbean dishes. Their doubles weren’t the best I had but definitely the best around here. This family is appreciated for bringing their Trinidadian 🇹🇹 flavors!

The food is amazing here I love the doubles. My first time trying them I was surprised how addictive they are. The service is exceptional here it feels like a family friendly environment. I also get the jerk chicken with peas.

First my food was absolutely delicious! My first time having this kind of cuisine. I was downtown at another place to eat and when I got there it was closed for renovations. I'm so glad it was closed because my new search for food brought me here. Great service and great recommendations. The double was recommended to me and it was absolutely delicious. I had the vegetarian/vegan plate and I can't wait for the next one! My two year old loved it as well. I just wish we could dine in for the full experience ❤️

The staff is absolutely welcoming and makes you feel right at home the moment you step through the door. The owner took her time to know more about me personally and makes you feel like family. The food tastes robust, juicy, flavorful, rich and the perfect amount of spice that you would expect in every bite. The portions are very generous and leaves you feeling full afterwards.

Food is simply delicious. I grew up smearing this famous cuisine. So happy Mrs. Dhan is true to her roots! You really won’t be disappointed! PS baby girl ate herself into a food coma. 🤭

Amazing!! Recently moved from San Francisco to Sampson County, and was looking for great cuisine without having to drive to Raleigh or Wilmington as all locals recommended. Had the vegetarian platter (curry potatoes, curried channa, & stewed cabbage over rice). Handsome portion at a reasonable price. Tried their homemade drinks (peanut punch, sour sop) and kurma for dessert. Spouse had the jerk chicken plate and while I generally can’t manage spicy heat - it was hands down the best Caribbean I’ve ever had. What completed the gastro experience was getting to know the proprietors; both lovely to chat with and they treated all customers as if lifelong friends. Definitely 5/5 stars and will be back to try other menu items.
