Domino's Pizza

The pizza was cold and burnt… I advise you to look at your Pizza before the driver leaves!!!!!!!😡😡

This location does not answer the phone at all. Was on the phine for 30 min. Driver never delivered the food.

If I could give 0 star I would! It's a Thursday night I ordered my family dinner before 7:30pm. After multiple attempts of calling the restaurant number, I finally get the automated system and listened to the recording for 10 minutes to have a rude woman come on the phone and said "Dominos, delivery or carry out? I said "neither ma'am, I placed my order 2 hours ago and it's still not here and this is the first time I have been able to get in touch with anyone on the phone. She said, "well what's your address?" to which I gave her, then she stated that my order was the second order of the night and that when the driver gets back, they will get it and bring it to me so maybe they will be back to the store in 5 minutes. After that she just hung up.

This Dominos has no clue how to make a hand tossed pizza. The sauce/cheese spills over the edges meaning zero crust. When I asked if it was made right she said yes. Some of us actually like the crust.

Service always good, time is above average, sometimes my food is a little to done, and the toppings a little sparse compared to pizza hut on Boone Trail where I usually go, but the Dominos on Raeford Rd, close to Hope Mills Rd is right on the edge of my neighborhood and their DEALS IN APP AND REWARDS ARE MUCH BETTER!

Today is our 3rd order from this particular location. They are FABULOUS! Our food has arrived in literally 10-15 mins after ordering & it's always freshly made & delicious. We got an email coupon for a free 2 topping medium pizza, which is awesome.

I'll give it to Domino's they are fast. Pizza is good just seems like it's missing something. I really wish they could do better with their wings

Location #5518, do not recommend ordering from there. Corporate needs to visit this place, fire everyone, retrain. The staff were incompetent, dirty (no hairnet, no gloves, coming to work looking crazy), and unprofessional! Still waiting for my full refund! The manager needs to be replaced!

Service and atmosphere was pretty good. It took a bit longer than estimated for my curbside delivery, but looking inside, they were fully staffed and I saw delivery people running in and out with orders.

My issue is with my dessert... I've ordered this so many times because it's so so good. Well tonight when I finally opened the box, they looked disgusting. Not sure how powder sugar turns yellow, but I'm guessing maybe from oil or something. I wasn't going to find out tonight though. Snapped a quick picture then trashed them.
