Food was ready for pick up on time! Staff was friendly and respectful. The white girl at the register ringing us out was so nice and sweet. I could have talked to her for hours! Parking lot sucks, but that's not enough to keep me away. It's next to a hookah bar, that keeps having shootings and I believe is shut down now. It's In a rough area. I wouldn't pick up/ Carry out at night.

Ordered on the mobile app and it told me it would be ready in 15 minutes so when I got there the app said the pizza was done and boxed and ready. The lady inside informed me that it actually hadn’t even been started and that it would be a while. Horrible service

Very bad service and the pizza was sandpaper and burnt up the first one. When I refused to accept it, they prepared a second one. The oven was over cooking the pizzas, so they put mine in halfway of the cooking process. I accepted it because I could not stand there any longer. I am handicapped. Will never order again, wasted my money. Does not accept military or Senior citizen discount.

Dude that answered the phone at 1am June 16th 2024 said my order was going to be delivered in 2 hours and I kind of gave up hope of it ever being delivered after not getting a notification that it was delivered from Uber Eats but I looked outside my door just in case it did get delivered before getting something else and to my surprise it was delivered probably an hour and a half after i put in the order even after closing. When I lost all faith Dominos on Ramsey ended up coming through. Thank you Dominos.
Placed a $50+ order the delivery driver apparently brought the wrong order to me so he goes back to the store to get the right order and they tell him to deliver the other order first . I guess no need for 2 mad customers right . But when I call to ask why my order is late they tell me he had other deliveries he had to take and the manager asks if I want to cancel my order . I say no I want my food . Well an hour later and my order still hasn't come yet so I call back and the incompetent manager said she held my order because she didn't know if I still wanted it . And it be 3-5 business days to get my money back . This is a multimillion dollar chain who needs to get it together and better train the managers . Will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN .

We had ordered garlic Parmesan wings, feta and spinach cheesy bread, and pineapple jalapeño chicken. Out of the 3 we got only got the pineapple chicken right. The other 2 were plain cheesy bread. When my girlfriend called and tried to speak to someone about the order the man that answered kept asking her what we ordered, after she told him 3 times and he then said “that’s what I was asking”. I had called back after we looked at the cheesy bread and seeing it was wrong and he said that they’ll send the right one, didn’t ask for my address or who I was or even apologized. Very rude customer service when trying to fix THEIR mistake!

Just got my food. I tried to be understanding about the long wait time because of the holiday. Then the delivery driver gets here and got upset because he didn’t follow delivery instructions and wait downstairs like specified. So now on top of dealing with cold food, I have to deal with a rude delivery driver? Perfect.
