We ordered some pizza online and it was taking a while so I called and I wasn't expecting them to answer but they answered right away and explained they were short staffed having only 2 people working. So I understood and they ended up coming a few minutes later and it was delicious! So the fact they were working extra hard they still brought us the food and made it delicious. He was also very nice and professional.

Rick, Ridge, Ciara, Jesse are phenomenal employees. Give all of them raises and promote them. The atmosphere was very busy, but the were in since and communicating with each other extremely well. Very courteous, and extremely polite. Rick the manager was extremely professional and handled herself with class with a disrespectful customer on the phone. This store always meets/exceeds my expectations with how the prepare my order. I stopped going to the Raeford location because they always skimp on toppings.
Tonight’s experience just solidified my reason for only going to this dominoes to get my pizza when I want dominos. If you’re looking for a consistent dominos pull up at this one. Employees are always extremely friendly and handle themselves with class.

This was yall last time offering poor service today. First, I always tip yall ($10 upwards even on pick up orders where yall have to do NOTHING) but today? Absolutely took the cake! I arrived and attempted to enter but the door didn’t let me in a white male on shift looked at me and then looked away. So I wait like “ok maybe the lobby is closed I’ll wait”. After about 5 minutes a black woman with a very short Afro/ small amount of hair approaches the lobby walks up and pushes the door towards me and says “it’s been unlocked” I said “Well, no, cause it didn’t unlock and I tried twice and knocked twice” both times I was stared in my face by the white male! White male comes to counter and says “here is your order, sorry about that”. You both aren’t sorry about nothing. That was weird. The female who actually opened the door after spawning from the back which tells me she had been watching the entire thing. Video is going to corporate of the entire interaction. Here is a clip for store manager of who was on shift, the female (after I left) was obviously arguing with maybe herself but it’s recorded. Very weird interaction as I was being a regular customer! Not being rude or combative but, what was that?! Why was I treated that way?

Ordered a large cheese pizza and it came extremely dry and barely no pizza sauce. The pizza looked like it was just reheated and definitely was not fresh. The pizza was terrible. Try to heat up in microwave and add a little bit of my own sauce but it still was not good.

Unfortunately this location has become a waste of time and money. I will not order from them again. My last 3 orders were either cold, wrong or disgusting. I gave them the chance to fix the issue but it didn't get better, it got worse. My free pizza to replace the cold pizza was completely incorrect and then the last chance order was not even edible.
