The donuts were awesome! We tried the maple bacon with salted caramel and the cookies and cream. They were out of espresso, so we couldn’t try the coffee options we wanted. I opted for the butter pecan cold brew - HORRIBLE decision! My daughter liked the cold brew pumpkin spice, so you might give that a try. Otherwise, if it’s great-tasting donuts you’re after, here’s where they’re at.

Great food. Best donuts around. The owner. Great guy. The two staff he has in there. The girl and got on this Sunday morning. THE WORST. I will never go back and I but 2-3 dozens every time I do They were rude. Unhelpful and uncaring.

We waited up front for 5 to 10 minutes without a hello or anything. The girl up front was making a milkshake, there was a man in the back looking at us and the girl making the donuts was more on her phone. We let the girl know that was on her personal phone we were waiting to order after waiting over 5 minutes she rudely told us the girl up front would get us. The girl up front finally tookour order and acted like she would rather be ANYWHERE else. Barely looked at us barely smiled. I'm a fair person I understand they are busy but at least a hello do you mind waiting a sec? Would have sufficed. With a smile! I don't ask for much. And I never make reviews but this was bad. If the donuts weren't so good and my husband hadn't wanted it I would have gladly walked out.

Good donuts, service is a little bit jarring. I was not expecting boisterous 16 year old kids shouting and playing while making my food. The kids making our donuts took about 20 minutes for a dozen with no one in front of us because they just kept on talking and playing.

I brought my kids and wife in to get a mid day treat and the girl at the register, the receipt says Housey, was disinterested and on her phone. We were ordering one of the 5$ combos with the dippers and it came with a refresher. Even though we were standing 3 feet away from her I had to ask twice if the flavors were listed anywhere. She sighed heavily like she was bothered I asked and walked over to stand by the sign. Had I not observed my surroundings I still wouldn’t have known the flavors. In the less than 2 minute interaction I know I will not be back to this duck donuts. I would look into retraining this employee or removing her from the front of house.

Walked at about 8:05pm they close at 9. The girl in the front looked at us and rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed and walked in the back. Rude. very rude. cashier and barista was nice and had very bright smiles❤️
Workers were dressed in sweats and did not look well put together when I was there which made me think that they don’t even wash their hands. My donut came out so FLAT. I was so excited to see a duck donut shop and was disappointed when I walked in. Not worth the drive
